😠 This office is terrible. The staff there think they are the god! My conversation with them was through a phone call. I was supposed to get a call from them at 11 but waited and waited. They didn't follow the appointment time. Finally, a woman called and were very rule to me and don't let me talk... People often mention time, office, appointment, call, experience,

This is my second time to visit this office, the first time was totally fine, but this time I got upset because one of the officer has a horrible attitude, she is not willing to help at all, and even not willing to answer questions! Shame on her.

They didn't follow the appointment time. Finally, a woman called and were very rule to me and don't let me talk. She just ordered me to do this and that. I want to explain my situation a little bit more. However, she didn't give me a chance. She cut off me. My tax money was wasted on these bad employees.

I had great experience last 2 months ago. The person who helped me was very nice and guided me steps by steps to complete paperwork. I called again this morning for the information and the person who helped me was super super rude. She didn’t even introduce herself. During conversation, she just said simple words and expected me to understand and gave her the information such as “name” for full name, “number” for SSN and DOB, etc. 😡😡

Horrible service, the security guard at the entrance has an horrible attitude, like if we were asking for free stuff. Long line just to register and longer wait at the waiting room. They don't understand that if they are working here is because because we pay our taxes.

Excellent experience here. I am really reluctant to go there but have to. However, this SS office is really impressed. I think it might be moved to new location (2nd floor of the building), the whole environment is open and bright. Very organized. Security guards show you how to line up and also remind me some window called my number when I browsed my cell. And check-in lady explained me all details clearly and told me why they only work half day on Wednesday, etc. I got everything done within 20 minutes with happy conversation. It was really nice experience.

Security is friendly and helpful. The ssa office is on the 2nd floor. The kind greeter in the front door foyer will direct where you need to go. Check in at the first window, make sure you do your research on their website. It's super helpful. They have all the resources you'll need and they will tell you what documents you will need to bring in order to make your visit go more smoothly.

Last Wed (5/10/23), I went to SS office in West Covina, CA. Ms. Jimenez was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly to me when I asked her a question about early payment for my SS benefit. She kindly answered me and what I needed to know! I would give her an excellent feedback! One thing is that I had a hard time to find SS office in West Covina because I could not see the sign by Vincent Ave. Another marketing sign distracted my attention! Hope they will raise it up a bit higher. Thanks for their prompt action! May God bless their team and continue Keeping up their good work! Pray for all government agencies. Jesus loves them and America, one nation under God. I love them too!

I received a letter for my annual recertification, and the appointment was at a time that I am not available…so like it said on the paperwork “call if you need to change your appointment”… so I did. I called, and was told “we don’t do that anymore, we don’t change appointments.” I was told I have to miss my appointment, on purpose, and then have it go to a supervisor. At which time the supervisor will give me another appointment. What happens if I can’t make it for that appointment time either? because they won’t speak to me and find out my available hours…I chance loosing my daughter’s SSI.

Relatively fast service. In and out in about an hour for a replacement social security card, if you have all necessary documents and proof of identity. I'm sure appointments are faster. I would definitely recommend setting up an appointment if you are taking care of anything else besides social security card related business. All in all a good experience.

I had a pleasant experience with them. They told me what to do and what would happen and when. I followed their instructions and everything happened exactly the way they said it would. The only thing is it is difficult to reach them on the phone, so I figured you need to call them around noon when they are not as busy.

The parking is extremely limited, the signs are not correctly marked, and once you get upstairs, pass security, and get your number you can just forget the number because they go in no particular order. I sat for an hour and 20 minutes when I only had 2 numbers in front of mine. They called 5 numbers following mine, and when I asked about it they said different employees help with different things. I was only replacing a lost card. I left and went to the Social Security Administration office in Glendora. I was there a total of 24 minutes. That includes the time in my car to get my papers together, make sure I had no weapons on me, and in my car preparing to leave. Security was rude. I said excuse me to one of the security guards at the West Covina location. He said he’d be right with me. I was about 5 feet from him, but he was too busy being loud and obnoxious trying to get anyone to pay attention to him rather than help a disabled person. I waited about 10 minutes before I was rude Luke he had been, and asked my question. It’s definitely worth the trip to Glendora if you’re going for a replacement card. I don’t know about other services. West Covina is horrible, and I cannot imagine it’s worth the wait for any service they provide.
