I would give this place a negative star, but that is not an option. I worked there for a few years... At first I was super excited and committed to make that place a rock star in the area of loma linda as it serves a unique population. Everything you read about neglect and poor communication is unfortunately true. The staff is not professional and they are all either family or best friends so you have nowhere to voice your concerns. As a parent, you are better off being trained at the hospital and taking your child home from there.

Got referred recently to this facility.I had triplet and two girls still feeding slowly.Read all the bad reviews about kids got neglected left to cry and all the unskilled nurses.Decided to put everything behind my back and scheduled a tour and my appointment got confirmed by text at 7:00AM.I got to my appointment on time and no one showed up.Security called and no one came to meet me.If this how they treat parents how they will take care of babies behind closed door? Seems like since covid the Healthcare system understaffed and they hire unskilled people. This an update after being told by nicu that my two daughters might meed G_tube down the road, I thought I will give Tottally kids another shot.Most of the nurses were respectful treat kids like their own,we did thought have an incident with a nurse with a bad attitude when she was looking at us struggling with the kid and did nothing and she said we are only rehab facility.The good thing,those 2 girls went up on their feed in less than 2 weeks and they are home now. They did let us spend the night with the girls they had a couch to crash on so that a change from NiCU. My advise thought show up more often and be there as much as you can!

If you have baby’s here. Please call often. Show up often. Be your baby’s advocate. Seems a lot people that work here are only here for the pay. No real care for the babies. It’s so cold in there and no blankets on them. It’s so sad to hear them cry so much all the time nobody to cuddle and hug them nor talk. And HARLDY check up on them. :( super sad place to be.

My 6 day old daughter along with me my husband and one year old was sadly involved in a very car accident that caused her to have head surgery she was later transferred here and it seemed like she progressed faster here than at the hospital they made all of us feel comfortable but mostly her we can see her relaxed and interacting with us more they had a lot of faith in her and within 2 days her nose feeding tube was out and she was eating again I really truly love everyone here and how they work with you and your child

My son Rikki has been at totally kids for 5 years of his life he was just discharged thursday. The staff at totally kids has become a second family to Rikki and i. The facility has great faculty and it gives you a piece of mind when you leave your child at night you can rest knowing they are being loved and cared for..

Anyone who left a 1 star review obviously was having a bad day. My infant was cared for around the clock. Every single nurse seemed to really care and make me feel comfortable. Going from NICU to here was the best decision we could have made.

My son was in the subacute for 3 months and acute for another 3 months. We encountered amazing staff, nurses, CNA's, RT, OT, & PT all were very caring and worked hard to take care of my child. However, the case management is the worst. They failed to communicate important information, they dismiss your concerns, ignore your emails. Case management needs to be better managed, because they are a major part of the children's recovery.

Can't thanks this place enough for what it has done for my parents. They have taken very good care of my borther while my mom battling cancer.

I have been employed at totally kids for a little over a year and absolutely love it! They treat you like family. Encourage you, mentor you and most importantly work with you to be the best person you can be.

I was a student PT here and every single one of the practitioners that I have seen interact with the kiddos has been nothing but positive. They love these kids so much and want them to get better. They celebrate victories whenever a child meets a goal or progresses. I will definitely consider applying here after I am licensed.

I have worked for this company on and off for about 20 years. This company gave me the wonderful opportunity to work with the most amazing kids. I love my coworkers from rehab, nursing, EVS... to management... wonderful and kind staff with a special heart. This company fosters teamwork and looks to always improve and evolve. Fortunate to work here.

I have only been working at Totally Kids for a few months, but I have grown to love it in the short time I have been here. You can tell right away that the staff and management truly care for each patient and want to see them do the best they can. I am excited for all I am to learn at this company and to continue to grow here.
