Gist:
Private,
environmentally
friendly,
high
quality
equipment(for
those
who
are
wondering),
and
high
standard
for
those
who
are
goal-oriented.
Unlike
most
gyms
where
they
clearly
want
your
money
and
aim
to
monopolize.
Ricky,
owner
and
operator
of
Invictus
Sports
Performance,
is
a
very
passionate
gentleman
and
chooses
you
to
become
the
best
version
you
strive
to
be.
My
experience
thus
far….
Before
actively
talking
to
Ricky
and
being
coached
by
him,
I
was
going
into
my
2nd
year
of
powerlifting
and
have
had
3
powerlifting
coaches
which
have
contributed
greatly
to
my
overall
wellness.
However,
all
3
coaches
were
online
and
were
messaged
via
email/text.
Getting
down
form
check,
eating
habits,
proper
RPEs(Rep
Per
Exertion),
and
so
forth
have
been
a
difficult
journey
when
being
coached
online.
To
top
it
all
off,
I
wasn’t
their
only
athlete
either.
For
the
first
few
months
of
coming
into
Invictus
Sports
Performance,
Ricky
was
very
intrigued
by
how
analytical
and
precise
I
did
each
and
every
workout.
Obedience
was
one
of
my
many
traits
and
coming
from
an
athletic
background
made
me
strive
for
more.
As
time
went
on,
Ricky
and
I
had
nonstop
questions
about
ways
to
improve
my
overall
lifts.
He
gave
me
key
points
to
better
my
form
and
compensate
for
prior
injuries.
Although
I
was
programmed
online,
I
had
chosen
to
listen
to
Ricky
and
not
hit
my
coaches'
goals
since
my
form
was
deviating
from
optimal
performance.
As
my
programming
started
to
end,
I
continued
to
powerlift
all
year
around.
From
there,
I
had
a
huge
weight
gain,
pounds
on
the
bar
started
going
down,
and
I
felt
sluggish.
Felt
like
my
gym
journey
was
over,
so
I
stopped
going
for
a
few
weeks.
During
this
time,
life
just
hits
you
in
the
face,
but
that’s
another
story
to
be
foretold.
Around
mid-April,
I
came
back
to
the
gym
and
told
Ricky
I
wanted
to
join
the
Military
or
at
least
be
in
much
better
shape.
From
there,
I
was
coached
by
Ricky.
He
enlightened
me
about
on
and
off
seasons
of
powerlifting,
proper
calorie
deficits,
and,
everyone’s
biggest
fear,
cardio.
At
this
time
I
was
weighing
245lbs
@
5’4”
and
I
was
scared.
As
the
first
3
months
of
training
went
by,
I
was
a
tad
bit
absent
since
priorities
have
changed,
but
I
did
my
best
each
and
every
time
I
showed
up
to
the
gym.
At
that
moment,
I
weighed
in
at
least
20lbs
lighter
and
my
body
felt
better.
I
was
very
ecstatic
about
the
results
and
I
was
happy
every
time
someone
told
me
I
looked
better.
Currently,
we
are
in
the
deload
week
of
the
4th
month
and
I’m
achieving
new
goals
and
letting
my
body
rest.
When
considering
a
gym
and
a
coach,
I
hope
you
choose
Invictus
Sports
Performance
because
you
are
choosing
yourself
first.
Both
Ricky
and
the
members
of
Invictus
Sports
Performance
will
treat
you
like
family
and
help
you
meet
your
goals.
Truly,
without
them,
I
probably
wouldn’t
be
at
the
gym
and
I
hope
to
see
you
there
soon!
Health
is
always
wealth.
