I’ve
been
going
to
Azulene
for
years.
I
called
a
day
ahead
to
reserve
a
time
for
my
daughter
and
I
to
get
VIP
pedicures,
a
treat
for
her
before
going
back
to
school.
The
appointment
was
11am,
we
arrived
at
10:50
and
checked
in.
We
sat
for
over
35+
minutes
waiting
for
our
scheduled
appointment.
No
update,
no
input,
no
sorry
for
the
delay.
Upon
being
taken
back,
they
forgot
about
the
VIP
package
and
had
us
set
up
in
the
wrong
area.
When
they
realized
the
mistake,
we
were
asked
to
sit
back
down
and
wait
again
until
they
had
everything
set
back
up
again.
We
left,
didn’t
have
time
to
wait
longer
after
the
delay.
The
front
desk
attendants
are
nice,
but
I’m
their
phone
the
entire
time
instead
of
helping
or
updating
those
waiting
past
their
appointment
time.
I
never
write
reviews,
but
I
hate
having
our
time
waisted
when
we
tried
to
give
notice
and
schedule.
The
idea
of
having
to
wait
40+
minutes
for
an
hour
long
treatment
that
was
scheduled
just
isn’t
right.
Typically
we’ve
have
good
experiences
which
is
why
I
didn’t
leave
a
one
star.
Maybe
my
expectations
are
too
high,
but
I’ve
noticed
a
big
decline
vs
where
it
used
the
be
at
Azulene.
They
had
my
contact
information
on
record,
that’s
how
you
sign
in.
I
assumed
someone
would
call
and
try
to
apologize
or
make
it
right,
nope.
