This
is
the
best
Starbucks
in
the
area
for
sure!
This
being
the
reason
I
come
back
as
often
as
I
do
but
recently
i’ve
been
having
a
consistent
problem
with
this
location
that
is
so
easily
fixable.
The
solution?
Quality
control!!
It’s
not
that
the
employees
don’t
know
how
to
make
the
drink,
they
just
don’t
seem
to
care
to
make
it
correctly
until
I
send
it
back
and
have
it
remade.
I’m
tired
of
having
to
send
it
back.
I
had
this
problem
yesterday
and
was
just
fed
up
and
left
with
the
incorrectly
made
drink.
I’m
sorry
but
if
i’m
spending
$9
on
this
drink….I
shouldn’t
have
to
send
it
back
almost
every
visit.
Another
reason
I
didn’t
send
it
back
yesterday
was
the
employee
at
the
drive
through
window,
the
only
employee
i’ve
had
a
problem
with.
Her
name
starts
with
a
“J”
(im
pretty
sure?)
and
her
attitude
seems
to
be
never
ending.
The
last
time
I
asked
her
to
have
the
drink
remade,
she
took
a
pause
to
look
at
me
annoyed
before
taking
the
drink
back.
Have
your
employees
pay
more
attention
to
making
the
drinks
rather
than
ruining
them
trying
to
get
people
out
and
maybe
she
wouldn’t
have
to
get
so
upset
at
the
fact
that
I
need
it
remade.
