I had the pleasure of working with such a fantastic leasing agent named Stephanie (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong) during my recent apartment search. From the very beginning, Stephanie was professional, friendly, extremely hands on and knowledgeable about the property she was showing me. Stephanie took the time to give me a call during the time of promotes to check in if I had found an apartment already. She remembered my name and the model I liked the most she was also very popular during my visit every resident that would pass by would know her by name and she knew there’s, that goes to show how much she cares for the residents there. Throughout the tour she also made the experience enjoyable and interactive, providing helpful insights and answering all my questions. Stephanie always made sure to call me if she missed my calls or I missed her with a follow up via phone call and email. Overall, if anyone’s in the market I highly recommend Vintage. The apartment complex itself is stunning and speaks for itself. From the cabanas with tv’s and own privacy at the pool to the wine at the clubhouse. They hold a lot of events from what I’ve seen, they’re very hands on with their community which is a plus. And lastly, Stephanie makes anyone that moves in feel this utter peace because with any issues that may occur which we all know may be unavoidable in an apartment complex she will always make sure you’re good.

We’ve been here about 2 months now and it’s already feeling a lot like home after being in our previous apartment for 14 years! We were looking for a great location, with a nice mix of amenities and an open floor plan! Vintage at Lake Mary did just that! Property management was also another huge factor for us! We visited the property probably five times before we moved in and all five times it was a great experience! Stephanie was nothing short of awesome and extremely patient with us! Bianca was amazing and helped us with everything even measurements for our furniture ! Lauren was awesome and answered our questions as well and even walking the property again one last time with our family from out of town! So far everything is being kept up with and clean and our neighbors all seem super friendly and social which is cool! I have high hopes to be here for a long time as long as it continues to be kept up with around the property! The maintenance team is awesome as well! Moving into a brand new community your always going to have some kinks to work through and they’ve fixed everything needed immediately! My only complaint was some yellow marks on the rug in the master bedroom that wasn’t taken care of at move in but it seemed to be a defect in the carpet! No smell or anything just discolored rug that was covered by my bed! So not a big deal! Other than that the views from the 2 bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows are amazing! The openness of the apartment is amazing! Full size pantry, walk in closets and valet trash! Pool area is so relaxing and resort style! Hoping the TV’s are fixed soon, only one worked a few times I’ve been down there! But again it’s a new community I’m definitely ok with them working through some things around the community !

Moving is always stressful but Lauren ensured that my move went smooth! The staff here is very friendly and welcoming and they threw some exciting events where we got to meet and interact with the other residents! I’m grateful that Lauren helped me find my new home.

My husband and I recently moved into Vintage Lake Mary and we are highly impressed by the condition of the unit upon move-in and the efficiency and professionalism of all the staff we’ve encountered, especially Stephanie in the leasing office. She made herself available to us many times to look at units, answer questions, and overall make our move-in experience excellent. We have truly had no issues with the unit or community so far!
