Today Ellington at Oviedo Park just opened their dog park and I am pleased to have a place to let my dog run around and there is a dog wash station. Christine Vance, the Leasing Specialist is amazing she took the time to explain all the way up benefits of this complex. This brand new property is definitely the best place to live in Oviedo!

Christine was so helpful throughout the whole process! This apartment complex is so lovely and close to everything. Maintenance has been friendly and super quick to address all my issues, Jay is the best! I love that it's mostly quiet around here but not completely dead, and the staff hosts plenty of events for residents! The floor plans are spacious and pretty, even the 1 bedroom units. These are basically brand new apartments, so no mold or other issues to worry about, and you're getting brand new and modern appliances, can't beat that. The exterior and surroundings are pretty and well-maintained. Living literally less than a 5 minute walk from Oviedo Park is super nice and convenient, so many businesses are within walking distance, and I love to avoid having to take a car or bus whenever I can. The 434 Lynx bus stop is so close as well, so you can still get to UCF and other places if you don't have a car. Overall, very solid apartments, highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a place to live in Oviedo, this is your spot! Not only are the facilities and apartments beautiful, the staff is what makes this place first class!! Brenda and Christine are awesome! They’re friendly, approachable and totally vibe with the beautiful setting of The Ellington @Oviedo Park. They’ll make you feel right at home really fast. We can’t wait to relocate from the 305 and join these wonder gals and The Ellington @Oviedo Park.

Jay is awesome in the maintenance department! We've had two different maintenance request, and both times he was quick, efficient, and professional. It's comforting to have trustworthy people you can count on. Thank you Jay!

I went over today to see the newly constructed apartment's and I loved them. I was greeted by Christine, she was very friendly and showed me around the area. Its a great location for singles and families given that it is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, fast food, and a spa. I really liked there amenities. Dog park, pool, grills and gym. The gym has everything you need, so no need to pay for a monthly membership at LA Fitness.

My boyfriend and I chose this place as our first apartment together, and everybody/everything has been amazing so far! Lots of parking and as a young woman, I feel very safe in the gated community, all the neighbors are very respectful. We had maintenance stop by to fix a couple things such as making the shower water a little hotter (because this place is so new) and Jay, the person that we were blessed to have come help, was so kind and helpful, even with all the questions we had. He fixed everything we needed super quickly. He was awesome!

Christine gave me a tour and she was super professional and diligent about answering every question and giving recommendations. They have a great community they are highly focused on customer happiness! The complex is super clean and new, many amazing features!

The Ellington has been a great place to live at so far! The leasing office has been super helpful every step of the way. Lovely has been really great at response times and answering any question that I have. The maintenance team is also amazing. They have been courteous, prompt, and efficient, especially Jay. He has gone the extra mile on every maintenance request I have submitted.
