Amazing customer service and experience with Justin acquiring a Tudor Black Bay 58 for and on the day of my 40th. Justin was fantastic and the whole experience was seamless and pleasant. The Birthday cookie and Champagne was a nice touch. Getting me the watch that I had wanted for years was awesome. Great team and selection at Mayors. I recently went to buy a Grand Seiko from Lisa and David at Mayors and it was the BEST experience. Not only did they have in-depth knowledge of each watch under consideration (ultimately helping me choose what turned out to be my husband’s dream watch!), but they made it such a fun and delightful experience. They offered me a glass of wine, brought in a Grand Seiko expert, even shined up my wedding ring! It was just fabulous, and I cannot recommend their team enough. Went to Mayors today, not to buy anything, but to contact another Mayors store in Miami to get a copy of a receipt from a purchase I had made. The service I received from Monica & Jennifer was outstanding! They were both extremely nice & helpful. In less than an hour they had contacted the other store & I had my receipt emailed to me. I really wish that the Rolex boutique would be part of this Mayors, instead of a separate location upstairs. I would gladly buy all my watches from these two wonderful ladies.

First of all I’d like to begin by saying Francesco was top tier in customer service. I walked in and from the very first interaction he treated us with respect and kindness and seemed genuinely interested in providing us with the watch we desired. He showed us what they had in stock and we ended buying a new watch from him. This was a very pleasant visit and would recommend anyone who is a serious buyer to go in and ask for the watch your looking for. I would 100% visit again and make them my official AD.

We had met with several people in the store over the past year or so. All of them were nice and helpful . A few visits ago, we meet Tim who honestly tried to help and had our best interest in mind. He told us he would look out for what we were looking for and take care of us. We received a message today he found us the perfect watch. We were able to pick it up tonight from him. He reviewed the workings of the watch and made the visit a pleasant experience. We look forward to working with him on future purchases. He is a true professional with a ton of knowledge about watches.

The boutique at the Mall of Millenia is hands down the best experience I have had with Rolex dealers. When first experiencing this boutique in August, I was blown away with their customer service. From being offered water, to answering all my questions, I felt as if I was valued. I’ve made my first Rolex Purchase with Tim Robinson, and every step of my purchase was outstanding. Tim took time to explain the details of the piece and also how to care properly for my watch. He has a lot of knowledge about watches so if you’re looking for an advice or wondering what Rolex should you start your collection with, I highly recommend him.
