The store has a nice selection and is clean. Most of the employees there are nice. Today I went to make a return and had to deal with bad customer service. The lady who attended me made me feel uncomfortable for making a return. I was waiting in line. There were two cashier at the register. There was a 3rd lady behind the register area. She was putting clothes on hangers. After a while she makes eye contact with me and said "you ready" I go up to the register and let her know I am there to return broken earrings. I give her the product and my receipt. She opens the box's and loudly proclaims "you brought them back broken". She later on proceeded to ask me where the broken part is which was in the box...it was disappointing enough that I came to this store bought a pair of earrings I liked and had to go out of my way to return them because they broke before I could even try them on. So having to deal with an employee implying that I broke them and making me feel uncomfortable was definitely a cherry on top. I was planning on checking out the bathing suites while here but decided not too because who knows what other uncalled for comment this lady would have made. Customer service rule #1: don't make a guest feel uncomfortable. For anyone reading this I do not recommend buying earrings from here as they are apparently low quality and may break easily, oh and apparently it'll be you'r fault.

Tj Maxx has great items and prices. It is better than Ross. I had to come back same day to get more items. I love this store. I want to thank Linda for her great customer service skills at check out. Linda was very sweet, kind and helpful to me. Upon returning to store for more shopping, I was welcome by Mala. She was also nice and kind to me, very welcoming. Thank you Mala for your kindness. I look forward to continue shopping at Tj Maxx. The store is very nice and organized. Again, great items and prices. Thank you my Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ for your abundance in blessings in the midst of the trials and tribulations. May you continue to bless Tj Maxx and associates in Jesus name’ name. I can going on about the customer service and staff so amazing!! The jewelry department ladies and management the best. I shop here with my grand daughter frequeuntly for specific jewerly and various items and always always the best experience thank you.

The sale prices were really great got to buy a lot of clothes for my grandsons at a really great price would recommend this store to anyone looking for a good deal.

I went to the jewelry department and the store manager attended me I felt very uncomfortable and it looked like she told one of the employees something as well, I was get weird stares and looks I’ve never ever felt like that shopping at a store. I won’t be coming there anymore!

Workers seem confused about what they are selling, example, we were looking for perfume and got sent to the craft section 🫣. Clean but small, not really handicap friendly, no parking, park at target. No electric buggies for the handicap.

We got a great deal on kids socks and under clothes! The bathrooms were not clean and the smell was horrible. Our cashier was very friendly and personable ( I do not remember her name and it's not on the reciept). The store is in a great location, alot within walking distance.

I've noticed that they've taken care of their bug problem in the store. The store is clean and there's enough space in the aisles for shoppers to browse the many items. I now plan on going back to find more 🎁 for my family and friends this Christmas 🎄!

Need More Cashiers Working.The Store was busy after Christmas, and The store empty in some Areas like Jewelry Department. Need little be organized.

TJ Maxx always as great clothing, gifts, and household items and phenomenal prices. This location is always clean with a great selection. I found some great prices on outdoor furniture!

I was pleasantly surprised that even during the holidays, the store was quite organized and tidy. Even the make up and lotion section was in good order. Always great deals. Parking at the Target garage saves time and a short walk.

Second update: June 2022. The best summer clothes. It goes soo fast. The jewelry game has been rectified. I jumped the gun in my Jan review. After Christmas, it must have been hard to restock quickly. I bought a 14k gold chain. Bought hubby a silver link necklace. Beautiful houseware items. I got my 11 year old son a luxury looking comforter set to update his room. There is no way you are walking out of this store without buying something beautiful, unique and very reasonable. Something different everytime you go. Great shopping and browsing. UPDATE: Lots of reduced inventory as of Jan 2022. Not as much jewelry, purses and makeup. Clothes is still plentiful. Great seasonal items. Hoping the bring back the jewelry. Original: Find anything I would need. Haven't bought much clothes for myself. Bought makeup, home decor, snacks, kids clothes, beauty items, jewelry. Great gifts and lux bedding.

This store is super organized and well stocked. I have been to other TJ max stores and they aren’t as nice as this one. You can find more items in this location. I highly recommend this store.

Very diverse jewelery section and great coustomer service

Nice TJ and packed with stuff. Huge area for body care and nice furniture not found at my local TJ. Parking is an issue but I went at 1 pm so not busy. I got cute shoes, slippers, unusual hair clips, and some pajamas. There was a really nice Kate Spade for $100 too.
