The worst service. I was there 2 times and I was waited for long. 2 cappuccinos and 1 milk I’ve waited 15 min, and the staff gave me 3 coffee and forgot about milk. It was morning 10 am Saturday. In restaurant was only 2 customers

I asked for two burgers and two sauces with my chicken nuggets… they gave me one burger and one sauce … it was the drive thru & I didn’t realise it until I got home. Disappointing :( I would blame it on a translation issue but the lady at the order machine confirmed both were two not one… and the burger they did serve was ice cold with a hard stale bun, unbelievable

Very bad experience at this place due to unprofessional and stupid behaviour of staff dealing at gate for take away. People came latter get their orders before us and at the end we left the place after waiting for 30 minutes without getting our stuff even paid

One of best McDonald's on South side of Tejo River. Usually crowed but the quality and the freshness of the burgers is higher than usual.

Super crowded and slow service at all times. Usually, they mix or get wrong the drive thru orders. Staff is always friendly but the service has to improve a lot.

I've only experienced it from the Drive-though side and never really went inside, but the service is pretty ok. It's exactly what you'd expect from a standard McDonald's. Never had any problems with the food. 👍 Recommended
