First I would like to say the staff were all fantastic! They were all very nice and they seemed like one big family. The part I’m disappointed in are some of their policies; I received a manicure with gel nail polish (which you pay extra for) and it was peeling in 5 days. I called and inquired about having the nail fixed (which most places will do free of charge in a situation like this), but I was told the Lotus Spa “doesn’t guarantee their gel polish after two days.” That’s absolutely ridiculous… it’s gel polish, it should last more like two WEEKS. To me this indicates the business is more concerned about making money than building positive relationships with their clients. I will likely not have another manicure here, or at least not pay for the gel!

My husband and I came today for our first ever visit! This place is so calming, relaxing and the staff is friendly! Very clean facility, beverages, snacks and blankets available. Steam room, nice relaxing area. I love that there was no rush to leave after you were actually recommended to stop and get some water and sit for a few. They are crazy booked but we did get to make our next appointment l! Can’t wait to return!

Absolutely incredible!! I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Katherine and they turned out wonderful! The overall experience was very relaxing. She engaged in friendly conversation and made me feel comfortable instantly. Would recommend her to everyone!!

Every-time I go to Lotus Spa I have a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. From the initial greeting to the end of my massage, Veronica is always so welcoming and friendly (I only see Veronica)! She gives a very thoughtful massage, asking if it is the right amount of pressure, checking out medical history etc, and making sure I was comfortable throughout. Veronica also keeps you informed through each stage of the massage. The rooms the massage take place in are wonderful, from the lighting, and soft relaxing music. Veronica is very skillful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Veronica to anyone and everyone! Great attitude, professional, cares for her clients, and has key attention to detail.

This was my first time coming a spa. Denaya did my lash and brow tint and facial and Jennifer did my therapeutic massage. They both did an amazing job and I left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. The overall atmosphere was also so relaxing. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you guys!!

Kay was fabulous to work with! I had a bloom facial with her that was equal parts relaxing and informational. She is super personable and made my first experience at Lotus spa wonderful.

Kendra is amazing! She has given me multiple pedicures and every time I leave happy! Not only is she great at what she’s does but is also very personable while giving a service. Lotus is lucky to have her!

I booked a brazillian with Kendra at Lotus. The experience was amazing from check in to check out. They have very friendly staff, a nice clean and relaxing atmosphere. My service with Kendra was amazing, she payed extra attention to my sensitive skin using special techniques and taking extra care of my skin to prevent irritation. She was very professional, attentive to details, fun, and relaxing. I will be booking with her again soon! Highly recommend!

So far every time I’ve been to lotus bloom I’ve had an amazing experience. Kay is awesome and I highly recommend going to see her! She will have you feeling wonderful when you walk out the door! I can’t wait for my next visit!

I’ve always went to Lotus Spa for my massages, but this was the first time I’ve tried Lotus Bloom. If you have ever been curious on injections, call them immediately! I used to get my injections done in Minneapolis and paid a small fortune to get done the minimal things I needed. I saw Lotus Blooms winter specials and thought I’d give it a try. I am HOOKED!!! They make it so affordable to keep yourself looking how you want and the staff is unbelievably helpful with everything. You have a lifer with me!! And I’ve already recruited a long time injector from Minneapolis to get her services now done at Lotus :)

My mother and I treated ourselves to manicures and pedicures on Friday. We had a great time! It was so relaxing. Kendra and Kang were amazing. So fun to work with, professional and they went above and beyond our expectations. I recommend them both.

I had a BBL procedure with Kay and it was a great experience! Kay explained everything very thoroughly, made sure I was comfortable, and we had fun conversation during the session! Kay is so personable and helpful. She also explained which products would help me keep my skin looking good without pressure to purchase. She even called me for follow up care on her day off! I’ll book with her again!

I make a stop here annually, wish I lived closer! All services are professionally provided. The atmosphere is tranquil and relaxing. My favorite is the steam room❤️

Was my first time going to a spa, and it was great!

I booked a full day of services with Kang Lee and it was the best spa experience I have had in a very long time! I had an incredible facial and scalp massage followed by a body moisturizing treatment that was heavenly and then a wonderful pedicure! I am very allergic to product so I'm always leary about trying a new spa but everything was perfect! I loved the locker room with steam room and rainfall showers and especially appreciated the meditation room with beverages and light snacks to relax in at my leisure. I will definitely be back!

I have always gotten really wonderful massages here. The facility is clean, zen, and beautiful. Definitely a treat to be able to pamper myself once in awhile.
