If I could givever this place zero stars I would. I lived here for 5 years. At first it wasn't bad for my first place but after a while I started to realize it was not worth the money I was paying. The apartments are old and outdated. Our carpet was so gross from previous occupants that I honestly think they never got the carpet professional cleaned. Ceiling had water damage that was just painted over. Started to leak when we lived there all they did was put fresh patch of paint again! The locked front entrance was nice but people would just strangers in. Walls are thin had lots of noisy neighbors and if you don't live on top floor you will hear every step your up stairs neighbors take. They have a garage but that is an extra $40 a month and it's not even heated. Also laundry u have to pay for and good luck getting a load in either a machine is down or they r all being used. Also foxboro is the worst rental management around so good luck with them. Make sure to keep all ur paperwork and records or they will screw u over. So happy I got out of there and now own my home. Also each year our rent at least went up $10 - 15 a month. No more dealing with landlords.

I lived at Westwinds (2215 Folsom Street (3 years) & Peters Drive (2 years) for 5+ years. The place has leaky ceilings that will drip right on your head. If you tell maintenance they just put some paint over the water stain and let it leak until you bother them again. Ants everywhere I turned, at one point when they refused to do anything about it I joked Id have to start charging the ants rent. They said it was my problem and that I wasnt a clean person. My fiance & I are very tidy and have zero ants where we live now. They go around and put water restricting devices on your sinks and showers. I think a lot of places do this. A couple times a year the transformer box out front explodes (this just kept happening). Sounds like a BOMB! Then all the fire alarms go off and power goes out. My cats puked and crapped in the car when we evacuated due to the stress it caused them. Everyone in the whole building stands out front every time the transformer blows until the fire department shows up and clears the building. There have also been some false alarms due to the boiler in the basement. Honest to God someone got murdered in the front yard of Westwinds a few years ago while I was living there. I even filmed the crime scene from a distance and put it on my YouTube channel. It was on WEA and WQOW. Maintenance has entered my home without warning and seen me in my birthday suit. One year we had a few of our belongings go missing. The elevator frequently goes out of service so if you are elderly I suggest living on the lower levels. Ive also seen strange people in the mail room digging in the garbage going through other peoples mail one envelope at a time (which had been thrown away). This concerned me because I always threw my unwanted mail in there. Other then that, its a real nice place.

The apartment units are decent. No major flaws were apparent during move-in. Maintenance has been a nightmare to deal with. They call, leave a message, and never return your calls. I still have 2 screens that need to be replaced.

Decent apartment complex with a locked building and garage parking. Lobby is very nice with a small cooking area, lounge area and vending machines. Some of the flaws are that there are no security cameras, you have to pay for laundry and there isn’t any guest parking. Guests aren’t suppose to park in the lot but there is no where else for them to park. Good location to live at regardless

The apartment buildings are located in a great spot to access most of Eau Claire and easy access to the free way. Super close drive to work and I enjoy stopping in to the onsite office to talk to all the workers now that the new management has moved in. They have already made great changes to the place so far and have already begun updating the apartment building. I can't wait to see what they will do as they go forward.

I have had the most positive experience renting from Westwinds. Amber is a pleasure to work with. Takes care of all my requests big or small in a timely fashion. It’s great to rent from a company where their tenants truly do come first! Those type of companies are hard to find. Keep up the great work.

Been a great place to live the last 2 yrs with garage parking for rent as available. Wonderful staff.pet friendly staff. Quick turn around on maintenance requests. Good space and convenient to food and downtown.

I just moved in but the apartment is very nice. The only problem I had was the water pressure coming from the shower head but First thing in the morning the maintenance men showed up and started working on it and did not give up until they fixed it. Great service.
