I
had
originally
planned
to
use
Aspen
for
my
dental
needs
which
per
the
dentist
and
office
manager
would
cost
me
about
$20,000
before
insurance
after
was
around
$10,000.
I
was
told
I
would
need
a
lot
of
work
done
but
after
getting
a
second
opinion
somewhere
else
I
was
told
I
didn't
need
all
the
work
(a
quarter
of
the
amount)
and
could
do
it
without
meeting
my
deductible.
I
went
to
Aspen
a
week
later
to
cancel
all
of
my
appointments
after
not
being
able
to
reach
them
via
phone
and
was
told
they
would
also
cancel
my
snap
loan
back
in
May.
After
going
in
circles
with
the
office
manager
(why
rudely
told
me
there
was
nothing
else
she
could
do
and
i
needed
to
work
with
snap
finance)
and
snap
finance
for
2
months
and
not
receiving
a
refund
for
the
loan
but
still
being
charged
for
it.
I
called
the
customer
service
number
that
I
found
on
someone
else's
review
here
and
gave
them
a
call.
My
refund
issue
was
taken
care
of
in
less
than
6
minutes.
The
office
manager
is
nice
when
you
plan
to
give
them
money
but
very
rude
and
will
talk
over
you
when
you
don't
want
to
make
use
their
services
anymore.
