I had originally planned to use Aspen for my dental needs which per the dentist and office manager would cost me about $20,000 before insurance after was around $10,000. I was told I would need a lot of work done but after getting a second opinion somewhere else I was told I didn't need all the work (a quarter of the amount) and could do it without meeting my deductible. I went to Aspen a week later to cancel all of my appointments after not being able to reach them via phone and was told they would also cancel my snap loan back in May. After going in circles with the office manager (why rudely told me there was nothing else she could do and i needed to work with snap finance) and snap finance for 2 months and not receiving a refund for the loan but still being charged for it. I called the customer service number that I found on someone else's review here and gave them a call. My refund issue was taken care of in less than 6 minutes. The office manager is nice when you plan to give them money but very rude and will talk over you when you don't want to make use their services anymore.

My mother went here recently. They were so quick to finance her in full (paying 8k after insurance) but never followed through with appointments. My mom was constantly REMINDING them where THEY left off and they tried twice to charge her even more. Thank god my mom had her financing receipt. Horrible service. I never leave reviews but figured maybe this would help someone

Had a 2 o'clock appt, drove an hour north to get here, and they're closed for training. I had calls and emails about my appointment and none of them mention there was going to be training. No one answered the phone, and out of the half dozen workers sitting in there they all just looked at me in the doorway and then looked away as if I wasn't even there. I will never come back to Aspen Dental ever again. This is infuriating.

They gave me my smile back. Great employees friendly careful and considerate. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. They were able to do what other dentists said I couldn't have done for several bogus reasons. I drive 3 hours to see Aspen Dental verses going to a local dentist locally that just keeps me coming back to spend more and more money.

Annie is really great staff who helped me from starting to the end. Very friendly and able to answer my concerns. Aspen is convenient Dental place and able to fix my teeth issue with in first visit. Only thing that want to recommend is the temporary finance person’s attitude and the way she treats customer could improve.

Worst run business ever. The hygienists are good, however the office changed or canceled 50% of my appointments over the last 10 years. Sometimes they call to confirm, sometimes they simply take you off the schedule and you don't know until you take off from work and show up at your scheduled time. I've never been so angry! If you need a set time or day, don't bother to go here as you rarely get the time you picked 6 months ago. I'll pay more to go somewhere else!!

Honestly hands down the best dentist office I've went to in a VERY long time. If I wasn't so nervous about getting my wisdom tooth pulled I would of remembered all the names and you should all be recognized. This office is a 10 out of 10!

They are some of the most professional people I've ever had to deal with very caring and considerate as much as I didn't want to be there they made it okay I would recommend them in a heartbeat
