This is the most blatantly incompetent restaurant I have ever seen. 10 straight orders with at least 4 missing or incorrect items including frozen Patties. Just threw away $60 of food after my order was completely incorrect. The owner of this McDonald’s seriously needs to have their franchise revoked, this is so bad it is almost unbelievable.

They get my order wrong every weekend, I go there every Saturday morning they are nice enough and the food generally is quick but none of that really matters if the order is ALWAYS wrong. I called and spoke to someone about 10 weeks ago and explained how my order was wrong they apologized and took my info and said I would receive coupons which I never received, there has been 2 other occasions since this one so I called again 2 weeks ago and again they apologized and said they would look into it and have the GM call me so we will see.

After 9pm they will mess with the food for no reason other than they are bored teenagers making $20 an hour for an easy job... They deserve a lawsuit. Edit: 9 months later I made the mistake of going back and had a dirty sticker stuck to the bun. I order my food the same as anyone else I'm extremely courteous... Words can't express my disappointment. I will never go to this place again and I recommend you don't either...

Tasted OK but I wouldn't recommend this store. Two of the four cheeseburgers we got were very squashed. The other two were only slightly mushed. Notice the folded bun and the burger under the cheese is broken.

I wish I could put a zero. Not based on customer service but the way that the management was treating the staff. Yelling and screaming while everyone in the dinning area can hear. I was just unimpressed with what I was hearing from the manager, it was so demanding and disrespectful. She was even disrespectful to guests and did not even acknowledge anyone.

The new workers are unprofessional and don't make the sandwich with care. They are all standing around doing nothing. I find the way my sandwich was made was everything globbed up into one pile. They should have made the burger faster if they weren't putting care into it. We waited 10 minutes when there were only 3-4 people there

Always get my order wrong. If I ask for something like a cheeseburger ketchup pickles only I get a cheeseburger with onions and no pickles and the slip that’s stickered on will say ketchup only. It’s ridiculous

These people could not even make a large Carmel iced coffee and it was over 3 dollars. I have never had this problem any other McDonald's. Never has an iced coffee cost so much plus it was a medium not large and it was vanilla. The cup literally says med iced coffee.

They close the kids play place super early... which was very frustrating considering we go to McDonald's twice a year literally for the play place... however Mike, an employee there let us stay longer so my toddler got to play a little bit. And the burger was better than I remember them being. Will be back to play soon. Before 5pm

The food order is usually done wrong, and the fries are usually cold. I asked for a " special burger" and it was not correct. In the past I called to have them remake it, but, from now on, I just will not go tp this one anymore. 3 strikes and you are out. I don't recommend going here.

Order nuggets, fries and a drink. I had a coupon code at the drive through which the first person applied. The manager had to re ring my order at the first window and did not apply the code. I did not know this until she gave me my receipt because she did not give me the total when she ran my card, I should not have assumed it was right. When I got to the second window I let them know and was give two coupons for free small fries. The only reason I stopped was to use my coupon code, the free fries do me no good, McDonald's needs to be able to make monetary refunds.

We did drive thru 4 minutes before they closed. Staff were great and the food was great, especially being so close to closing time. I appreciated that they still served us.

Had some rough visits lately, but these last two, the food was correct, not hot, but all there.... that's an improvement. Son has a dairy allergy so super limited on where we can frequent, sadly.

Ordered from the kiosk inside. I got fries while my daughter redeemed a voucher for a soft serve ice cream cone, chocolate vanilla twist. Then she cried until I bought her a Happy Meal because the current toy is Pokémon. BIGGEST. ALLIGATOR. TEARS.EVER.

Overpriced since the inflation went up. $12 for a happy meal? It didn't even come in a box with a toy. Drive thru was confused, didn't know what order was mine. I've given up on eating there when I can go to a decent restaurant for the same price and better food.

I wonder if any McDonald’s will ever serve food that is actually hot? If you like burger that are basically cold, & pay way to much for. Then stop here… way better options

When they remake your burgers, sometimes they just reuse the buns they put the wrong condiments on. I used to work there and they taught us to do that. They usually get food wrong so I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's

I brought my grandchildren to mcdolds to eat and to play in play place. We ordered our food went to sit down I don't think one table had been cleaned there was ketchup on floor there was french fries on floor cups on tables. I went out to let order taker know he told a woman manager she said we have to cleN out her do that.

Once again, I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with no pickles. It was printed on the receipt but again I got pickles. I am done going to this McDonald's. I will drive across town if I want McDonald's. This store can't seem to get anything right.

they have by far the best playland in the entire area my grandkids love to come and play in the Playland it is really a very large awesome play area for the children

I have not always been a fan of this location, but the last couple times I've stopped for a quick breakfast everything has been hot and tasted fresh. The morning crew is doing a great job here.

I was in Eau Claire, on business, so I decided to have lunch there. The service was great, as was the food..I am from Janesville, WI.

Besides the over charge, it took them 3 times to get an order for a cheeseburger with ketchup only correct. 3 times

Very very dirty, all of the napkin dispensers were empty, only 1 roll of toilet paper in the women’s bathroom. Too many young kids working and not enough adult supervision.

I asked for a triple cheeseburger. They gave me 2. I paid for a triple. I was so excited, they disappointed me when I read the wrapper and they only gave me a mcdouble. Ain’t that same there bucko.

By far the best McDonalds and the GM was amazing. Food was fast and perfect- 20+ orders without any issues and they were short staffed. Can’t say enough!

I don't really like this place much. One time we had mcdonald's leftover in the fridge and there was ONE mc chicken left. I microwaved that and ended up getting a heart burn. Why I simply rated this as a dislike is because they have bad things in their food in general. You never whether it's been sitting out and you get sick because of it. Also some of my friends worked there, one totally said a manager wasn't managing things well AT ALL. So I recommend for a disliked place to even start here.

Really wish I didn’t have to say this… but EVERY SINGLE TIME, I come through drive through here, I ask for hot mustard… you know what I never get? HOT MUSTARD! Several times I have BEGGED them not to forget it, yet it’s never there. Even when I ask “is there hot mustard in here??” They tell me yes…. And it’s not in there. It’s the smallest thing. Not sure how they remember my food but are blind when it comes to the hot mustard that’s clearly shown on the screens when bagging. I worked McDonald’s for 3.5 years, I remember how much it sucked. But its 2 sauces. Please give me my sauces. Thank you.

Usually only get McD's once in a great while for my step son. Wife and I hardly eat at these restaurants anymore. Service and food were good.

About 5 minutes per car in the drive through. I might get to eat tonight. Sure wish the dining room was open. Finally got home with food and the fries are barely cooked - into my oven they go. I'll never go here again. This is horrible even for fast food.
