Had a great time with the kiddos. Water was warm and clean. Multiple life guards on duty. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, which was AMAZING! We will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed this waterpark! It is located inside the Metropolis Hotel in Eau Claire. It's a great waterpark to go to throughout the year since it's located inside. It is perfect for young kids and has several different areas for different ages. It has a smaller play area for the younger kids, a lazy river, a bigger/slightly deeper area for the older kids with a basketball hoop and 2 slides for the bigger kids/adults. It also has tables and chairs everywhere so there's always a place to sit and set your stuff down. There is also a place called Monkey in the Middle Express (pizza) that's located inside the waterpark area so you don't have to leave to get food or drinks if you don't want to. Very pleased with our stay and can't wait to go back and enjoy this waterpark again with our kids!!

bit on the $$$ but u can spend all day there if u want. I would say it's mostly designed for kids 13 and under. the deepest part of water is 4 foot. and with 2 big slides to choose from it's ok. I took my sister and niece with and the kid had a blast.. didn't want to leave after 4 hours of constantly going from one thing to the other and back.. good thing is if u can sit down u can order a beer and relax. I give 4 stars because if u go alone as an adult u will get board pretty fast I believe. and ur not able to bring on any outside food or drinks... not even water.. but again I had a blast with my family there .. well till we all got hungry and left

There was a lot of different things you can do, The hotel and water park there is action city connected to the building which is a big arcade with a lot of games....it feels like an amusement park, with trampoline park ninja warrior course then an maze course for the little ones. It's truly a good time but spent Waaay to much Money🥺

Great place for kids... (nothing for adults) except the extra cost to allow them to experience the whole amount of activities which becomes seriously expensive. whether u book a room or not! Yes, free access to the.(small) water park) if u book a room! Yes, all staff were VERY PLEASANT and accommodating! My only advice to future clientel...is to make sure u have PLENTY of money to fork out per child!!

We spent $147 for 4 adults and 2 kids under 2, and then more if you want to eat while you’re there of course. This would have been fine if the waterpark had more to offer but we got bored after an hour due to there not being much to do for the little ones. The kids did enjoy the little waterslide and the water was very warm compared to some places you go making it enjoyable. Truly though, the place is disgusting. The water table has slime on it, the tables and chairs have slime on them, the locker rooms are absolutely unexceptable. Wet towels and garbage scattered around, feces on the stalls and toilet seats, wet toilet paper, the smell is atrocious. We went on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn’t very busy but would recommend just going to the other side where the arcade and jump park is, way more fun!

Needs a good cleaning and update. Bathroom showers were filthy and we could only stay about an hour the chlorine was so strong it made someone in our group's asthma flare out really bad. Will not be returning when the chlorine is so strong that your eyes burn and skin inches even if you sit in the chairs and never get in the pool.

This is our second time and it was even better this time. You see people from all.over which can be a shock to some, but we didn't have much incident. Most people were friendly and nice. The staff, was incredible to us. We were a large group and we stayed a couple of days and I felt the customer service was nice. The young peole really seemed like they wanted to work and not just hang out and ignore you. We had a problem with our all day jumping pass and they were quick to work it out for us. The young lady with the fancy spiky hair was so incredible to us. Also the gentleman running the go-karts. They were interactive and quick with problems with the spin outs. There was a gentleman with curly hair and glasses, I think, that helped us tremendously at the lazer tag. He made sure we could all go as a family. We had a blast. We were able to enjoy ourselves in a decent suite and bunkbed rooms and they were clean and neat. The outside of the suite was incredible. All we had to do is pull the car to the back and unload and upload. That was amazing. The only thing I didnt know is that pets are allowed. We have 2 people allergic to dogs and some dogs were huge. The check in was a little late. Not till 4pm, but at least we could swim. We didn't have any problems. Swim area was great and lifeguards very careful and helpful. We are already planning next years trip if we can wait.

Service was great, but the water in the park during our stay didn't look as healthy as it should. It's probably because of one bad guest but it was unfortunately a turn off of wanting to swim too long with my child. We found plenty of stuff to do otherwise and had a great time at the park and play areas. Bumper cars were older but you can tell the mechanic cares for them greatly and allowed us to maneuver around. My daughter had a great time as did I, was a great way to spend the start of our Spring Break time as a single dad. Easy to find. Hotel was clean enough and had thought the spa tubs in the room would be somewhat different but still enjoyable after breaking my back playing all weekend with my kid. I will admit, I didn't find a need to go elsewhere while in town as everything is in one place (except not many food options on site), especially at night hours and bar time, us adults sometimes need later hours lol. Only had to run to Walmart nearby to get a pair of swimming trunks. The 4 star is because the water wasn't great looking and water slides need more water, kids and myself getting stuck going down sometimes.

It's so sad and disappointing how expensive this place is. I took off of work 2 months ago to take my water loving baby here for her first time for toddler swim. I took off to go for MY Birthday Because I love seeing my baby happy. Only to find out it's the only day they aren't doing toddler swim. How is $35 affordable to just sit in the baby area? I've been looking forward to this day for so so long.

Kids had fun! We just came for the afternoon/evening swim. Seemed a bit pricey for the shorter time frame at $37.50 per person. I can understand that price for an entire day, but for the evening seems a bit stiff. Not much change since the last time we came 6-7 years ago. Some of the water areas are starting to show their age. Older Kids liked the slides & Lilly pads, little kids liked the water bucket and water playground! The chlorine smell at the top of the big slides was strong and made the kids cough. Could use some better ventilation. Overall we had fun and staff was fairly friendly!

Our stay at the attached hotel included passes to the water park so we spent an afternoon in the whirlpool hot tub here to relax. It was not crowded so we only had occasional interruptions from cannonballing small children, who are not technically allowed to be in the hot tub unsupervised. The signage is amusing, so be sure to read all the rules. There is a locker room/ bathroom for those not staying at the motel. Food is kid oriented with pizza, chips and candy as the main fare. We didn't order anything. The drinks were expensive and mostly limited to what comes in a can because glass is not allowed near the pool. The offerings included a couple beers, hard lemonade, hard iced tea, and hard seltzer all at $10/can. The room rental came with up to six guest passes to Chaos water park, which can still be used the following day after you check out. We spent the afternoon enjoying the larger whirlpool hot tub which was pretty good except too far from the bar.. I got out a few times to cool off in the lazy river. Luckily it was not crowded the day we were there. They offer a seasonal pass although I didn't check the details. There were several kids' birthday parties going on and cabanas which could be reserved for parties, and one large separate room that could be reserved.

Awesome Waterpark for the kids and a totally AWESOME room

Basically this contains a kiddie splash area, a lazy river, and 2 water slides. Overall it felt unhygienic in the locker rooms and stifling hot. Everything is so loud, you can’t hear yourself think or talk to your kids. Pluses: staff is nice, they serve beer.

Always have a great time here, even if the chlorine amounts are intense

Like all water parks the areas pretty well spread out. Lot of different things going on in different places of on the premises. Meeting rooms conventions sports activities and such. Plenty of parking but Google's maps need a little updating because it's so new

Great place to enjoy with kids, it is safe and fun, we all love it. The best part is that the pool is Heated !!!

Admission used to be reasonable now at $30 a person who can afford to take a family of four for a few hours to swim! Ridiculous for the size of the place and half the time certain attractions are closed.

Great area for little kids, but it’s very expensive and don’t bother using the locker room. I was mortified when I walked into the locker room to change and there were tons of towels scattered all over the floor, one with blood on it. There were globs of hair stuck to the shower walls. The bathroom stalls were SO dirty. I felt like I was going to catch a disease from just being in there with how disgusting it was. We didn’t pay $90 for three people to swim for a couple hours just to not even have a clean space to change clothes afterwards.

Great indoor water park with tube slide, body slide, lazy river, kids section, and swim area. You can purchase separate admission or stay in the resort hotel and have access to water park. There is Action City nearby (separate admission) with trampolines, video games, go carts, and zipline.

Partial open, but we had a blast!

  • 2/5 Teri Lynn M. 2 years ago on Google
Kids had a blast BUT the price 30.00 per person is Outrageous! When you spend 150 for the day you could go to the Dells and get more stuff to do for 30.00 a day!

Could use a little clean, maybe a better filter for the lazy River. Could use a bigger main pool, or maybe connect it to the lazy river like at chulabista in the dells. Otherwise a not overly busy or dirty place whatsoever.

I brought my 13 year old grandson and his friend to Action City for my grandson's birthday. We happened to go on a Wednesday and they had a combo 3 hour pass for action city and the jump park combined for $27, I believe it is normally $48. The pass included bumper cars, indoor go carts, VR, laser tag, the jump park, and all non-ticket arcade games. $3 for jump socks. We got pizza for lunch and it was surprisingly good, not outrageously priced. The staff was young, but helpful.
