This is a nice park, but most certainly geared more towards mountain biking (at least during non winter months). Entrance fee is $5 per day or $30 for an annual pass. There are multiple miles of trails that range from easy to moderate terrain. There are mature trees throughout the park. You can also walk throughout the park, but the paths can be somewhat muddy after rains. Make sure to bring some bug spray as biting bugs will start coming out soon. There are bathrooms available in the parking lot.

For a greenhorn hiker, make sure to have a GPS as getting lost is easy for newcomers. Get hikes through many different terrains and many separate difficulties. Train running, mountain biking and cross country available and dogs are allowed. Expect to see other people.

Nice well kept trails. A little noisy being close to 94, but the park was really nice.

Big fan of Lowes creek. It's got ski trails and single/double track. Good for running, walking, and lots of mountain biking going on. Fun trails to run on to get into trail running

There are a large variety of trails for all seasons. Pet friendly, bike friendly, hiker friendly, cross country ski friendly. Plus, they have a fitness path with suggested exercises. There is a usage fee of $5 daily or $30 annually, but they make it easy to pay with an automatic machine that takes cards. Take advantage of this great County Park!

This place is beautiful and has many trails for walks...it's a great place to connect with nature...it also has a trail where you can walk down on and there will be signs of different exercises you can do, I thought that was pretty neat. My favorite spot is the bridge area where there is a little stream of water that goes through there...once you cross over the bridge there will be a little bench that you can sit and watch the stream of water or read...I also notice there are also picnic areas and restrooms....the parking lot is pretty big and makes it comfortable to park and this place is well kept. I would definitely recommend this place for family and friends!

The trail is what you make of it. Can be short or long. It can also be challenging with the uphill and downhill. Very beautiful with a nice creek. I went in summer so I can’t speak for the winter.

Mountain biker's wonderland. I didn't have a bike with me when I visited, so I just hiked about 8 miles and took a lot of nature photos. Really, really great spot for biking. Found a huge baby barred owl on the path during my visit, helped her onto a thick perching stick to move her off trail and onto a higher tree branch. Amazing experience. Great trail system.

What a great use of a nature space for recreational trails. This park is packed with a lot of interesting trails -- single track, multi-track, technical and non-technical suitable for running biking and winter sports as well. I ran in this park for well over an hour and barely ran the same trail twice. The trails have lots of curves and make great use of the space so they can pack a lot of trails into the space. I came to Eau Claire to bring my kids to the Metropolis water park, but I'll come back to run the trails here because they were so much fun.

Some of the best MTB trails in the area. Definitely considering the costs is nearly free. Great park for hiking, running, and biking. Trails can be a bit loose and sandy in some areas but overall solid. Just not 5 stars because facilities could some minor updating.

Nice area with well maintained trails for running, cycling, and hiking. Bathroom could use a little more ventilation. Great place to spend a couple of hours.

We were traveling through the area and needed a place to stop for lunch and a Zoom meeting. Paying the $5 parking fee was easy with a credit card. My partner road on the mountain bike trails while I had my meeting. A few miles from the freeway, but a nice quiet stop.

What a great park! Visiting from Houston and happy to find a great place to walk. Wish I had a mountain bike, looks like the trails are fun. If it's summer time, bring your bug spray!

Most of the mountain bike trails are 2 way traffic when it's clearly single track width. Very dangerous on the down hills coming around a corner several close calls.
