The hotel was very clean and nice but the bathroom doors are not the best choice. They are barn doors but are adjusted poorly consistently throughout the hotel. There is a half inch Gap near the front door of the room leading to the hallway where someone in the hallway could look straight into the bathroom if the room door was open. Also, a lot of light leaks around the door as does noise. The breakfast was equal or better than average for similar hotels and the lobby was very nice with lots of areas to sit and socialize.

I’m the person that wrote a review three weeks ago from this date. I was ripped off $150.00 for a false claim for my deposit money. Be careful at this hotel it’s the only Hilton property I’ve ever been to that this has happened to me at. I’m a diamond member and stay all over the country for business. They said there was a mess and all there was were towels on the floor of the bathroom. I want my 6$ tip back and won’t quit writing about this until the owner grows a pair and refunds my $. Man up and address this review owner it’s been three weeks and you still haven’t called me. I’m waiting and will keep writing and posting reviews until you address this issue I want the money back you stole from my family and I.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This was the quietest, cleanest and best hotel stays I’ve had in 20-years. The water pressure in the shower and shower head were outstanding. The room had incredibly high ceilings and was very spacious. The bed slept nice. The hot breakfast was fresh and tasted great especially the real Wisconsin cheese in the egg omelet. The staff and other guests were so kind. I’ve spent over 40-years driving between the twin cities and Waussu and never stayed the night until 2022, but next time we need a room in Chippewa, this is our go-to place.

We arrived and couldn't believe it is listed as a 2 star hotel. It is very new and very clean. The rooms are spacious with a huge bathroom. The shower and toilet are separate from the sink counter area so easy for people to "share" the bathroom. There is a wet bar area with a separate sink when you first enter the room. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker included along with a hair dryer. We did not eat the free breakfast as we slept in but the eating area is spacious and has numerous tables and places to sit. Staff were very friendly! We asked why just a 2 star rating, and this is because they have no restaurant. No problem because right by are many restaurants and stores including Walmart.

Easy to get to from the highway, rooms are clean, staff are great. Quiet. Everything I need for a one night stay while traveling.

Excellent Stay. Clean and bright rooms. Location was close to fast food restaurants and a Walmart. Pet friendly with lots af space to walk the dogs. Easy to get to from the highway. Staff friendly and efficient. Certainly met the Hilton standard!

Comfortable and clean. You can see how they make an effort to make your stay better with small things such as having fruits, water bottles, kid games..

Clean and comfortable, rooms were nice but pretty basic. On the small side, only one chair. Service desk personnel were friendly and helpful with dining suggestions. Nice breakfast included.

This was our fist time staying at a Hampton Inn and as another guest mentioned, I was surprised to see that it was listed as a 2-star hotel and not more. It certainly felt higher end. The room and bathroom were HUGE, clean and very comfortable and the hotel itself was updated and had some great amenities. We will definitely be staying at more Hampton Inns in the future!

Great hotel. Clean beds, clean room, great breakfast. Everything you could need!

Standard Hampton hotel nothing special. Would have given a higher rating but the person working the front desk was very rude. All I asked for was some extra towels and she made it seem like I was the inconvenience of the century. Breakfast was better than some but worse then others. Also kind of hard to get to because it's at the end of a dead end street and very noisy if you're a light sleeper, the parking lot is within 50 feet of a 4 lane highway.

Hotel is nice and updated. Great breakfast are and nice selection in the mini store. We stayed for 3 nights. An entire hokey team also stayed. It was extremely loud with kids running the halls all night long. Stomping around and beating the sticks on the floor. The kids were not being supervised and the front desk was notified several times. Staff tried to speak with the others guests but it didn’t stop.

Rooms are very nice. Stayed 3 nights. The breakfast buffet has a good variety. Customer service is really awful. Shout out to only 1 of the employees at the front desk. Young kid who went above and beyond. The rest actually acted like we were a bother. Definitely need to train their employees.

This is a nice new hotel in a convenient location. It is right on the highway and I was concerned about road noise - our room faced the highway. And to my surprise, the room was very quiet, I didn't hear the road noise! I would definitely stay here again!

We traveled from PA for our granddaughters first birthday party. Upon arrival at the hotel the Hostess was super friendly and made us feel very welcomed. She even remembered who I was from a phone conversation earlier In The week. They made arrangements for us to be on the 4th floor as they had 2 hockey teams and a wedding party thy was also staying there and they didn’t want us to be disturbed. The room was very clean. The welcome screen on the TV with my name made it feel even more welcoming. We didn’t spend much time here as we spent most of our waking hours with family, but I have no complaints. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again as it’s only a super short distance from our family!! Thank you for the hospitality!!!

This particular hotel is one of my favorites in the area. The staff has always been very polite and the building always clean. The area is central to all local attractions with ease of access and ample parking. Internet is amazing for a hotel. I will definitely stay here again and again.

I want to give a HUGE thank you to the staff at this hotel. I left my brand new gold necklace that my boyfriend had just gotten me for Christmas in my room and didn’t realize it until the evening after I left. I called and talked to Mike Bender who I could not be more thankful for. He was already at the hotel later than he was supposed to be but he stayed even later to ensure that my necklace was found. He then helped me set up the process to mail it back to me and even called after it was delivered to make sure that it was! Another thank you to the housekeeper who found my necklace and put it into lost and found, Susy. This whole situation could have gone much differently but these people made it easy and I am so grateful for their help!

The only complaint was that the rooms didn’t have enough lighting to brighten the room up enough. The Serta beds are okay not great but not terrible. I didn’t want to rate them unfairly I would have rated them a 4.8 out of 5, since I don’t have that option I just rounded up to 5.

Clean modern Hampton Inn. Friendly staff. Room was clean and airy. Breakfast is served in the mornings, comprised of a mix of fruit, eggs, ready to make waffles, coffee and juice. The hotel is located close to a Walmart, gas station, and some food choices. I would stay there again.

I did not stay here. I was calling to reserve the meeting room for my daughters 1st birthday. Tried calling over 10 times the first time. Tried again couple days later and finally got ahold of someone. She told me that she would get back to me after she confirmed with her manager if it was available for the date I had set. Figured it would only take until Monday to get an answer I called again today and all the phone did was ring. This went on for about 10 different calls. No one answers the phone. Horrible horrible customer service! I will look elsewhere that actually responds to their customers.

Accommodations were nice easy access for handicap, shower set up was amazing they had seat with 2 options for shower heads the one was able to be adjusted on rod for height or hand-held. Made it so easy for me to access everything with having mobility issues it is very difficult to stand so this made it so easy for me to shower without assistance. Staff here was so nice and friendly!

I stayed overnight for work and enjoyed my stay. The room was clean with modern styling and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

By far the fanciest Hampton I've stay. Really! The best Hampton, I've stay in terms of decor and style. Service? Kind of miss the boat on welcoming but met our needs.

We paid a ridiculous price and the bed was so awful we will need to see our chiropractor when we get home. I asked for AAA discount most places are 10% theirs is $4. So 195.00 231.00 after all taxes etc. and one of the worst beds I’ve ever slept in. Do not recommend this hotel, just got stuck because our preferred location was booked.

This hotel was very nice. Clean & very well kept up. We were upgraded to a studio room for our stay & it was so nice. Donovan was very friendly & attentive. We enjoyed the breakfast selection. We will definitely stay again!

Room was excellent, Bed was very nice. Super clean. Staff was excellent. I will be back again (this was my second time staying ).There was no noise of other guest running up and down the halls. I highly recommend this hotel.
