    Marta is a motivating, supportive and expert personal fitness trainer. She gets the best out of you and pushes you with consideration of your injuries. I've been working with her since September and already feel stronger and more disciplined. Every session is different, interesting and tailored to me. I couldnt recommend her highly enough if you are looking to get fit/stay healthy and enjoy exercise. She knows her stuff and is lovely company too 🙂

    I have been training with Marta since December 2021 following a severe sciatic episode in early 2021. I was really out of shape, continually in pain and feeling very down. Marta is an excellent personal trainer she has coached me back to health, I am no longer in pain and have lost over 10% of my body weight in the process. She is a very supportive and encouraging trainer; during the sessions which are tough but always fun, she understands how to keep you motivated whilst increasing your mobility and strength on a weekly basis. I definitely recommend training with Marta whatever your goals might be.

    I have been training with Marta over the last few months and the improvement in my energy, along with my overall attitude towards exercise and movement have never been better in my life! The workouts feel so well balanced; combining strength work with weights, cardio and pilates, stretching and toning on the MOTR system. Marta's approach is fun, motivating and encouraging. You can tell she puts careful consideration into each session, ensuring they are challenging and tailored to my goals. Beyond the sessions Marta's guidance on diet and extra training is invaluable, I feel really supported in my whole fitness journey. I'd highly recommend her PT sessions to anyone looking to improve their health and wellbeing. Thank you! :)

    I have been training with Marta for the last 3 months over Zoom twice a week and I love it. Fist time in my life I have stuck to an exercise routine. Doing the training over Zoom has suited me perfectly. Marta is a fantastic PT and her sessions are tailored to my specific needs. She is very professional and knowledgeable ( and has a lovely personality as well). I've really enjoyed training with Marta, and I can proudly say that I am more than half way to achieving my fitness goals. I would recommended anyone to try her and I am sure she will be able to help you as she has helped me.

    I started training sessions over Zoom with Marta when lockdown began having not exercised for many months. Although I've had to buy a few weights I've really noticed the difference and actually have muscles now! Marta is professional and clearly experienced and the zoom sessions really fit into my busy lifestyle. I've never had a personal trainer before but I can highly recommend Marta as great value for money. It's definitely been a great investment in my health.

    Marta is an incredible coach. I say coach because she is more than a Personal Trainer. I wanted to improve my strength and general fitness and Marta put together a weights and training plan that also incorporated my diet and general lifestyle. Improvements could be made at home as much as at the gym. Over a couple of years, I was really pleased with my fitness development and surprised myself with what I could achieve, thanks to the fun and dedication Marta inspires! She has the gift of being a true listener and makes everybody feel at ease.

    I have been seeing Marta regularly for the past year and can feel a significant difference in my overall fitness levels, strength and well-being. I really enjoy our sessions! Marta always keeps the routines fun and interesting and is very motivating. She really listens to what you want puts a lot of effort into tailoring the sessions for you. She is also a genuinely lovely person! I would highly recommend her! 😊💪🏋️‍♀️

    I have been working with Marta now for around 9 months and I’m really impressed with how much stronger I’ve become during that time. I really enjoy the one to one session as I stay focused and achieve much more than I would going to the gym on my own. Marta varies the exercises and the equipment used which means that each visit is different and it keeps you on your toes! Marta is flexible with the times she works which means I can fit in my PT around work and home life 😃 Thanks Marta, 5 stars from me👍🏻

    I started training with Marta to tone up for my wedding, and also in preparation for running the London marathon. After attending sessions twice a week, I feel stronger than ever. Every session is planned by Marta to be totally tailored to me, and the variation each session means that it’s always interesting and engaging. I would recommend Marta to anyone.

    Marta is one of the best PTs I’ve ever worked with! She’s tough but encouraging, she works you hard but with an eye on perfecting your form. All my work outs are super tailored to my needs and I’m clearly seeing results!
