Lovely little place, worth a visit. Cobbled Street in place to show how shops were. Entrance free but parking charges apply 3 hrs Β£2.50 (at time of writing). Little cafe on site. Peel Park at the back, so could make it into a picnic day too.

Nice place to visit. The gardens at this time are nice to see with all the summer flowers. Not too busy so bags of space for everyone. Plenty of parking on site. Cafe and icecreams all near the main house. Gift shop on site (tad expensive though). Didn't see the deers though on this occasion.

Beautiful as ever. Still more blooms to open . Great to see that Volunteers ( thank you πŸ™‚) spend so much time dead heading the Rose's. Roses can continue to flower until early October if the Weather doesn't throw out freezing, frosty weather. We will be back in a few week's time πŸ˜„

Worthwhile getting the extra garden option, lovely area to soak in the English gardens.

You have to pick the right time of year to go, but if you it’s beautiful. They gardens are kept beautifully and the added market garden is also a nice addition

Lovely national trust property, with interesting formal gardens, deer park and house. Interesting for a bit or a wonder about.

Last day of Christmas at Dunham Massey. Absolutely fabulous lights and music display. Much bigger than last year's event.

It is a rose garden that is best to visit in May to early July to see many varieties of roses, some quite old ones. There is also a very nice veggie garden with peas, beans, courgettes, pumpkins, garlic, gooseberries but also artichokes - really nice when visiting with children!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ There are a number of public parks in the area but this is probably the best. There are a number of large fields to play in and a few park benches around the borders for those who prefer to watch the world go by. The resident wildlife is also worth looking out for, with 🐿️ and 🦊 as well as the usua...

πŸ‘ It's a very nice park with play area for kids, big fields for sports and track paths. My wife is a bit scared of unleashed dogs so that's why we couldn't spend a lot of time in there as there were too many of them. In fairness it's a great place for the pets too but not for people who are a bit scar...
