    Disgusting, hangs up and that’s after your chat advisor blocked me from your chats as you haven’t sent the right item to me yet again… your customer service is awful. I was polite and kind to your advisor on chat, and can prove this as I had it emailed to me. You need to sort yourselves out.

    Absolutely rubbish customer service. Another large corporate company that is run by robots and impossible to speak to a human at head office . Trying to source cat food for a sick cat who will currently only eat Encore broth . Lincoln branches only do the brand for dogs . Click and collect takes days to arrive .. Well thank goodness for Waitrose who are not a pet specialist company but stock the very brand I need ..

    Very rude staff. Bought a leather lead for my dog and the stitching was loose went in the shop to day to complain only to be laughted at, and was told they could do nothing because I did not have the receipt, I told them I did not need the receipt because it was faulty. They didn't even suggest about repairing it .I will never ever go in the Pets at Home in Rhyl again.

    I have placed an online order and the 50% discount code wasn't able to be applied. I went online to the chat and Rebecca R was to have applied the discount of 50% back to my bank card. She didn't do this, again today I went onto chat and connected with Joanne A who said that the discount wasn't applied and she applied it. I hope that is the case as I am entitled to this 50% discount. If this in not applied I will make sure that everyone whom uses this company no longer does.

    I have been waiting for a refund for 8 weeks now, Sarah at Bradley Stoke has been helping me but your customer service team don't seem to want to do their job, I came in with 5 months of Wormer and asked for a refund which was granted the wormer was taken from me qnd I wad told 10 working days for £30 to be put back into my account, 3 weeks later still nothing so I went into see Sarah and she contacted the customer service team again and they apologised and said they would refund £110 for inconvenience and gesture of good will, anyway another 3 weeks later, still nothing, I go back into see Sarah and i said to call me as i had another appointment to get too, anyway customer service emailed me saying its only £30 and I'm being told to contact my bank and ask them about the refund, which I have and they have no idea what I'm taking about!!! You have taken the worm treatment off me and 8 weeks later still no money!! and also I want the £110 that I wad promised the second time around due to being messed around!!!!!!

    Cannot understand these days why an order cannot be changed after 5 mins you realise the flavour was wrong - live chat that is all it is chat. letter gone to head office. Never received even a acknowledgement from head office - we just a number not a customer

    Annot access customer services or a manager on phone i havea priblem with a stote in telford the manager ashley states he will ot take a product back from myself as items gone faulty and they only offer 12 months guarantee on products but i bought the item.thereits a fluval product he blames them there saying he has a duty og Ff care to take the product ba k ive made 2 trips to store in wellington tford ash told me fluval problem but thete saying products gota 3 year guarNtee by then

    AVOID! Rubbish service. Decided to try them out for the first time. Random cat food was delivered instead of the dog food that I ordered. Karolina D pops up on the chat says she’s sorry and asked for the way forward. I’m busy typing requesting I actually get what I ordered then she disconnects the chat.

    Terrible customer service. Online order not turned up, and found no possible way to communicate with pets at home. No phone number, website chat feature not working. Won't be using pets at home in future.
