Our food was so flavoursome. Great quality. I had the Oyster Mushrooms (amazing) the hummus and tempura cauliflower. Also ordered the butternut squash curry. Chocolate Mouse dessert looked small but you couldn't eat more it was lovely and rich in taste. Red wine was very nice and I ordered the cheapest one. Definitely going back again to make my way through the menu. Nice atmosphere and very attentive and helpful staff.

Absolutely loved this place. We ate almost all of it. The staff were really nice and the presentation of every plate was immaculate. Veggie black pudding Oyster mushroom pancakes - these were incredible. I could have eaten a main sized plate of these. Smoked tofu Sweet potato and spinach dahl Garstang blue Barbecued carrot Greens x Fable burger Cinnamon doughnuts - only thing I actually took a photo of and they were delicious! Although I would have preferred slightly less crushed salt on the sauce. Will definitely be coming back.

Had a truly brilliant evening at Greens. The food was inventive, tasty and came out quickly. We shared 5 small plates, the vegetarian black pudding and 6 drinks for just over £80...which was exceptional value considering how good the service was as well. Front of house was amazing and our waitress was friendly and attentive. We loved the oyster mushrooms, black pudding and the hummus was beautiful. Best meal I have had in some time!!

We went here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and as we’re both vegetarian it was the perfect venue! It’s so nice to visit somewhere where we can eat everything on the menu. The staff were so lovely, the food was incredible and so delicious. The bar staff were very kind and made me a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu too. We finished the evening with a drink in the roof top bar area. We will definitely be back!

Visited today for a Sunday roast with my partner and couple of friends and their new baby. Food was excellent and service was really great too.

Went in for lunch and chose the 3 starters for £15. Service was great, food was divine - I went because the vegetarian black pudding was included in the deal and it is the most delicious morsel around - and I'll definitely be returning so I can take home more leftovers - portions are big! Love this place, and I'm not even vegetarian.

We had an early dinner and I can highly recommend the afternoon 2-course offer and happy hour drinks. Well worth it. The dishes were delicious, the service really nice and friendly. Definitely to recommend.

Food was great for the most part. However, no matter how much they try to convince you the vegan cheese tastes like real cheese. Do not believe them as it is quite bad. But to be fair no vegan cheese I have ever tried is good.

Absolutely love Greens in Sale! We visit here every week. We love the cosy and welcoming atmosphere and the staff are fabulous -so friendly and give a 5 star service. The food is sooooo yummy…we’re not vegetarian but the food surpasses any meat dishes I have eaten! Our faves are: Spinach pistachio & feta filo pie and Greens x Fable burger with chunky chips. The music is also the best! Nothing but good things to say….long may it stay open and grow!

Price very reasonable in my view (£36.00 for 5 small dishes and 2 soft drinks). The restaurant has an urban but relaxing feel to it making for an enjoyable place to spend a Sunday afternoon. The pick of the dishes were the inspired oyster mushroom pancakes which were served in the same way as crispy duck. The Korean cauliflower was nice but not nearly as good as something they serve at The Bridge next to Dane Road. The tofu with cumin was nice enough. Four stars instead of five was because I was limited in choice because some the dishes had nuts and tasted a bit too salty for my personal preference. I would have liked to see main course salads on the menu...it is summer after all. They allow dogs in certain areas.

Only been open a month in this location, but brilliant food and attentive staff, and quality is as expected for the prices. Best dishes were the veggie black pudding and the oyster mushroom pancakes. We ordered about the recommended amount and were well-filled. Next time maybe we'll manage dessert.

Had a lovely lunch today! Enjoy the beetroot, cheese and mushroom pancake! It’s a shame we’ve got just an hour lunch break so couldn’t wait for the other two dishes we’ve ordered.

Very nice vegetarian restaurant and bar. Last minute decision to try, menu looked interesting and the small plates were ideal for sharing..they had a fully detailed allergy menu too. Staff were friendly and venue looked nice although we sat outside. Would recommend.

We went Sunday evening 4 of us. Shared the small plates between us. There was plenty of food and all the dishes were excellent. It's a great concept and the decor gives off the right vibe. The price was £130 between us including several craft beers and cocktails which we all thought was great value. Will definitely return

It's always a delight to eat at Greens, whether you go for their tapas-style small plates or their larger meals. Excellent quality vegetarian food, attentive, friendly and efficient service, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!
