I just happened upon this place as I was walking along the canal at Broadheath. A young couple were sitting on the tow path eating a pizza. “Is it good?” I asked. “Delicious” was the reply. Decided to give it a go. The owner was a delightful fella who is clearly passionate about the food he is serving. Other customers in the place were all there due to “word by mouth”. The menu has the usual stalwarts but also more authentic pizzas too. I had the Friarielli & Nduja. Delicious. The pizza dough was the freshest and lightest that I have EVER had. I felt that I’d had an authentic pizza made by someone who cares rather than a portion-controlled production line made by an employee of a massive company paying minimum wage. A wonderful discovery and I shall visit again. They have a bigger premises in Sale btw. Ciao.

Once you have tried Bianco Pizza in Altrincham, you will want to return again and again. Spoiler alert: the pizza is delicious, the flavours are fresh and the service is very friendly. I found this place as I was collecting some coffee beans from Kickback Coffee along the canal at Broadheath: this pizzeria is a real hidden gem. I ordered a Margherita, a Capricciosa and Friarielli & Nduja (see the pictures) to take away. The pizzas were quickly prepared as I was waiting and the smell that was coming from the oven was to die for. If you subscribe to their newsletter, you will get a discount code: it is worth doing it. I forgot to mention it: I am Italian and I absolutely love pizza… this is my new favourite pizza place in Altrincham. Forza Bianco Pizza!

Found this gem on the way home just when dinner was calling. Great pizza’s, amazing service and very happy they let my dog in too!! Will be returning for a sit down meal in no time.

We had the panuozzo sandwiches, which made a delicious lunch (noteworthily better than your average sandwich, even from posh places) and were a gratifyingly massive size for the price - certainly didn’t leave hungry but would have still loved another one. Really nice to sit outside by the water on a nice day, and plenty of seating inside on a rubbish one. Vegan and kids options on the menu too!

OK food, nothing amazing. Came to about £35 for a pizza, garlic bread and some drinks. Pizzas also on the small size. Coffee is generic "press button get coffee", much better to go next door to kickback coffee. So a little overpriced nothing terrible all pretty average, and a cute little restaurant.

Lovely little place we stumbled across when walking down the canal. Fresh pizzas, the dough brought from the main kitchen in Sale but soon they will be making in house in Altrincham too. We got the margarita, vegetarian and parmesan mozerella pizza and it was probably some of the best pizza I have had around, reminds me of the pizza we had in Sorrento and Napoli. Not too heavy, but filling. The kids loved the pizza and we did too. Definitely coming back here regularly.

We’ve just had pizza from here and loved it. Great dough and authentic ingredients. I wish I’d have taken pictures but totally forgot! I ordered by phone and collected myself. Really surprised that there were gorgeous Sicilian pastries on the counter too and lovely wines. I ended up buying some of the pastries and these were really tasty too. Lovely guy, great pizzas, fantastic place that’s really local for us and I hope they are a success. You MUST visit 😊

Tasty, fresh pizza, but really slow service. We were only told that there would be a wait after we had paid too, which was a bit disappointing. I think they could do with having an extra staff member on shift to help with cooking quickly to order.

Had a dinner here tonight, and I wouldn’t come back… I could make a better Caesar salad myself, full bag of salad from Aldi and 4 tomatoes and a few pieces of chicken… Pizza- forgot to take a picture, but it was absolutely salty and the burn was cover with the rocket…

Small pizza restsurant that primarily does takeaways, but has 4 or 5 tables inside. Nice simple layout under the Arches with exposed brickwork inside. Quiet as a restaurant, but a nice informal chilled vibe indide.
