Went on the train with my 18 month old son. He loved it. We were lucky enough to have it to ourselves. Id also add that the young lad who drove the train and took payment was an absolute pleasure. Very polite, friendly and assertive.

What an amazing little railway with a mid stop at a woodland play park. The owner wasn't supposed to be running train rides today but brought a train out just for us. My daughter loved it. He was very friendly and professional looking forward to coming back again. Thank you!

We took two small children on the Santa train and it was brilliant- 15 minutes total (with a 1 and 3 year old you’ll know this is a benefit). We stopped in Santa’s grotto and received presents, then returned through the Christmas lights and back round. There was also a roundabout at the entrance for children to go on. As it’s attached to the garden centre, you can then go in and visit the cafe or look at the Christmas displays. It’s a great place to spend a few hours particularly around Christmas time. Will return next year. The staff are pleasant and friendly,

This is such a hidden gem. My little boy adores it. It's really good value for a little train ride with a stop off at the 'secret' play area. The staff are lovely and so enthusiastic too.

Great for the kids. The day we went they had a steam, diesel and battery train on. Extra rides are only £1
