I can not praise this company highly enough, the service I received was second to non. I phoned them Friday morning to see if they could clean and polish my wife's engagement ring and wedding ring and was told yes they can do it and if I dropped it in on the same day I could have it completed by Tuesday which is fantastic on its own but to my surprise I received a call on Saturday morning saying it had been done and they were ready to be collected. Brought my wife’s engagement ring here after 3 diamonds had fallen out. Had previously taken it back to the retailer that I’d purchased it from 12 years ago (for the third time) and they were unable to help. Alex looked at it, talked me through some of the issues and said he would give it a clean so he could have a closer look. He called me back a few days later with the good news that he was able to replace the diamonds, resize and repair. My wife is delighted that it is now as good as new and fits perfectly. Great service from Wilbrahams, I had a piece of jewellery of great sentimental value that I no longer wore, I asked their advice on redesigning it into a pendant which they did beautifully, I'm now very happy to wear it. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend them.

My necklace is irreplaceable and recently it fell off whilst crossing the road and a car ran over it affecting the shell charm and the clasp. I heard great reviews about Wilbrahams so took it there but didn’t expect such an incredible service. They removed the dent from the shell and fixed the clasp, to what it was like before and for no charge. I can’t thank them enough for fixing my necklace. I would recommend them to everyone! The process from the start getting a lovely yellow diamond, to the finished ring was a really easy and enjoyable experience. Really great and easy service! I brought my antique engagement ring in less than 2 weeks ago to have it repaired and polished. Friendly, nice service and they did a brilliant job with my ring. Came in at the price quoted and in less time than they said. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic local jewellers, the couple who run the shop are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had my Mum's ring made smaller so I could use it as an engagement ring and ordered a wedding ring that would be cut with notches so the engagement ring would slot into it, at the shop they made sure it was done perfectly, their standards are exceptionally high. Really nice local jewellery shop, very welcoming I was looking to have my engagement ring repaired, it was vintage and a few claws had snapped off. It took 8 weeks which I thought was a bit long, but it was beautiful when I got it back and price seemed fairly reasonable. However some of them did break again four days later, but I suppose that's the risk I took having it repaired.

Never bought jewelry? I too was daunted, but Alex and his team made me feel really comfortable, worked within my timeline and budget, and delivered a ring that my partner and I are really happy with. I'd highly recommend this place.
