    I’ve done lots of Pilates classes and Kirsty is the by far the best teacher I’ve ever had. She’s an expert at providing options for every level and gives personalised advice on how to adapt for any health conditions or injuries. I always leave her classes feeling stronger and like I’ve achieved something. I can’t recommend her enough!

    Honestly the best deep tissue sports massage I’ve ever had. I run and workout a lot and her sessions are bespoke to my needs and fix my niggles/issues. I have recommended her to all of my friends and family, who are now firm regulars. Her studio is a lovely calming space in the heart of Chorlton. Love her!

    Kirsty has done wonders for my back. Professional & effective massage, I couldn't go to anyone else now, they pale in comparison! Her pilates classes are excellent too. Cater to all abilities & individual advice based on any injuries or limitations that you have.

    We've been going to Kirsty's Pilates classes for many years now and they've been essential to building and maintaining our fitness. Each class is really well structured and engaging, pitched at just the right level of hard work but never impossible. Kirsty is the ideal teacher. Her online classes were a godsend during lockdown and we're really glad that they've continued, as it helps us to fit them in around other life stuff. Also, Kirsty's membership programme has been a huge success and we use the videos all the time!

    Kirsty is the best massage therapist I have ever had - and I have had quite a few. She not only manages to get right to the problem spots and work on them in such an effective and targeted manner, but she always gives advice on aftercare and stretches to keep working on particular areas. Her fitness pilates classes are also great and unique blend of fitness workouts and traditional pilates core mat work.

    Amazing personalised professional massage! To name a few, Kirsty healed my knee and my calves, and rescued my tensed shoulders and bad back so many times over the years. I'm lucky to have Kirsty around the corner but I would travel to get her treatment. I've been with Habitual Fitness for 7 years, and I love it! A wide variety of fantastic pilates classes - styles from hot in-studio to online fitness. Never boring, always decent workout! Thanks to Kirsty, I became fit and strong and motivated to keep this way. Plus, Kirsty brings in treats like pilates weekends with juice tasting or healthy supper, online membership with pre-recorded videos and monthly challenges, and even waterside retreats. Highly recommended!

    First time I've been to see Kirsty after friend referred me and I was disappointed. Fantastic 1 hour massage and I will definitely be going back. I've already recommended her to other people.....go go go !!

    I can’t recommend Kirsty’s Pilates classes enough. I hadn’t realised what a difference it would make. I now try to do both classes each week as I can really see and feel the benefits - It definitely helps after a long day sat at a desk. The times of the classes are perfect, it’s affordable, a solid hour and online if you can’t get to the studio. She’s great at talking through the exercises so you do them properly and explains different ways to do them depending on your ability. 5 stars from me!

    I love Kirsty’s Pilates classes. I have been doing them for years and I can really see my progress, especially in my core strength and flexibility. Kirsty keeps the classes interesting as we don’t do the same exercises every time. She always gives easier and harder options so you can do what feels right for you and it’s suitable for complete beginners and advanced. I highly recommend!

    I’m new to Pilates and it’s been the perfect introduction with Kirsty’s classes. She’s very supportive and accommodates for everyone’s needs, providing different options for each exercise. You can tell a lot of planning goes into the sessions. Would definitely recommend!
