I signed my dad up for his meds to be delivered and twice in one week he received a txt to say his meds would be delivered. Twice now they have not bothered to deliver them and twice now they could not be bothered to let their customers know why they have not dropped off urgently needed meds. It's safe to safe we will never use a cowboy service like Wakefield Pharmacy ever again.

I have used this service for a long time now ringing and ordering mine and my Mother’s repeat prescriptions. Always a friendly voice at the other end helping to make my experience personalised and answering any queries I might have. Delivery drivers are all friendly, pleasant and caring . I would highly recommend this service it takes all the stress out of ordering and collecting prescriptions . Thank you

I'm sick of this pharmacy delivering the wrong medicines for my mother she has chronic back pain and they keep sending paracetamol instead of her correct painkillers it has happened twice in the last six weeks they are totally incompetent

Stay away !!!!!!!!! Placed order 20 days ago, released by GP after three days and still waiting 17 days later. Called several times with no response and emailed twice also without response. Have now run out of medication and having to go to GP for a reissue.

Had to phone 4 times before got through other times after about 4 minutes on hold a human voice comes on to say Line is Busy please hold but then you are cut off for exceeding voicemail limit. They obviously don't care about their customers.

Can never get through to anyone. Been trying for 3 days as my mum's prescription is overdue. Always having to chase for medication. Appalling service.

I was prescribed medication whilst pregnant and they have kept it on them since December 2023. They asked me to obtain a GP certificate which I attempted to do today. The receptionist from the surgery confirmed that I was pregnant and unable to obtain a certificate today and asked the female pharmacist more about the certificate required so i did not have to pay for the prescription. Unfortunately, she was rude, abrupt shouting and unprofessional on the telephone to both myself and the receptionist and would not let me even pay. I will now go elsewhere for future prescriptions. Hope this individual can get a better telephone manner and learn how to speak to people politely when they are asking a question. I did not get any time to speak. I do not tolerate this kind of behaviour and will not be wasting my time with them anymore. Its quicker to go to the supermarket.

I switched to this pharmacy 3 years ago. My surgery kept making errors with my prescriptions but thankfully due to the efforts of the staff of Wakefield Pharmacy, I now get my correct prescription delivered to my home free of charge without fail every time. An excellent service that was easy to register with. I wholeheartedly recommend this pharmacy 👍🏻👍🏻 A1 !

I agree with most of the reviews on here and would like to share my own experience of this pharmacy. Wakefield Pharmacy have provided a great service to myself and my family over the past few years. In particular I'd like to thank the staff for being a Godsend delivering our medicines free of charge during the isolation of Coronavirus. In summary Wakefield Pharmacy provide excellent, prompt, hassle free service!

Wakefield Pharmacy has got worse and worse over time. 22 days and I still don't have my prescription, held in a queue on the phone, and then the call is dropped after 5 minutes. Mickey mouse outfit, 1 star.

I have been using their prescription delivery service for well over a year now. The staff are always helpful and friendly when you ring to order your prescriptions. The majority of the time the medication I order is delivered quickly and efficiently by friendly staff, however there have been occasions when either not all the ordered medication arrives, or extra items are delivered that have not been requested. On one occasion the medication didn't get delivered at all and I had to chase it a couple of times before I got it, but generally I am happy with the prescription delivery service they provide.

I have been using Wakefield Pharmacy for years. they have never let me down in delivering all my repeat medication promptly and with a smile on their face. A big thank you to your staff, especially your friendly caring delivery drivers !
