My right ear blocked up with wax while on holiday. Booked an appointment online in the early hours of the morning, had my ears cleared 5 hours later. It was a few days ago now, no complications to report. Great job, thank you.

Excellent service which had great results for me. Very effective and informative throughout. I can now hear much more clearly (the down side being my car is not as smooth and quiet as I’d thought 🙂). Highly recommended for anyone needing this type of service.

I had a lack of hearing due I assumed to a build up of wax in the ears. Whilst visiting a friend in Wiltshire, the left ear became totally blocked (it didn't help trying to wash the ear out with warm water whilst showing!) and in seeking for help, was recommended to visit Ear To Clear in Warminster. I'm so glad I found them, not only for being able to book an appointment very quickly, but on attending, found Lattitia very helpful, careful, informative and reassuring (after an examination) that my hearing would be restored. I had used an ear drop for a day, which wasn't really long enough, but despite this, the wax in the left ear was totally removed whilst the right needed more attention. By then the session had ended but Lattitia's care didn't. An appointment early the next morning and after more ear drops the previous night, I experienced the right ear being cleared, service all for the standard fee, amazing care! Loosing one's hearing isolates you from so much. Later that day I had the wonderful experience of listening to a lunchtime organ recital in Bath Abbey, wow, so glad of Lattitia's mindfulness to restore my hearing so I could hear every note so clearly. Booked Ear to Clear online I have had 2 sessions now, 1 for cryotherapy with Holly and 1 for some diathermy with Tisha both of them were very professional and friendly making me feel very comfortable right the way through the procedures. I went to have my ears irrigated after being recommended Ear To Clear by the Westbury medical centre. Before the appointment I had issues with both ears including one that had no hearing for over ten weeks. I was expecting an improvement but instantly after having my ears sorted, I could not believe how good my hearing was once again. I will highly recommend the service to anyone who asks.. especially now as I can hear them again!

(I'm leaving this review on behalf of my Mum, at her request, as she doesn't have a Google account) I had a benign lump on the end of my nose for over 11 years. I put up with it for a long time, but as it got bigger it became more of an issue. My GP was not willing to remove it, as "cosmetic" skin problems are no longer funded by the NHS. Their only suggestion was to go to a private hospital, which would have cost hundreds and hundreds of pounds. Ear to Clear were able to remove my lump for a fraction of that. They recommended diathermy (heat treatment) as it was too big for cryotherapy. As per their recommendation, I applied numbing cream before the treatment, and it was not painful at all. 2 weeks after my treatment, the scab fell off and the lump had completely gone, leaving smooth skin underneath. Now you'd never even know that there had been a lump at all. Tish was very friendly, helpful and professional, and the after-care was great - if I needed anything I could just send a text and she would always reply promptly. I would like to say a great big thank you to Tish and the Ear to Clear team, and will happily recommend them to my friends and family.

Had an appointment with Letittia to clear ear wax by micro suction. She quickly put me at ease as was friendly, very knowledgeable and explained everything at each stage. It was a painless procedure and l can hear again. Highly recommend.

Letitia was excellent at the job. Highly professional but also very friendly and engaging. We chatted away finding lots of connections whilst getting my ears properly attended and cleared of weeks of built up wax. What joy to hear properly again!! I'd fiddled around in my worst ear and she detected signs of infection there , which she took a photo of so that I could pass her report onto my surgery's practice. Later the same day they prescribed me Otomize spray , as she had also advised I might need. (This means that there is no problem going to Letitia even if your doctor's practise is elsewhere. )
