I
first
joined
Winners
Studios
in
January
2023.
I
was
so
nervous
and
scared
to
join
as
I
had
never
trained
before
and
lacked
basic
fitness
knowledge.
I
felt
that
my
fitness
levels
were
too
‘weak’
or
‘low’
to
even
start
in
a
gym
however
after
a
lovely,
comforting
phone
conversation
with
Chloe
I
instantly
knew
I
wanted
to
join
as
she
took
the
time
to
understand
my
needs,
as
well
as
the
struggles
I
faced
both
mentally
and
physically.
From
struggling
to
get
out
of
bed
because
I
felt
so
physically
weak
to
happily
jumping
out
of
bed
and
choosing
to
do
extra
fitness
exercises
at
home!
I
had
Suzanne
Foster
as
my
PT
for
12
sessions
and
she’s
also
incredible.
Easy
to
chat
to,
she’ll
make
you
feel
comfortable
and
I’ve
never
felt
stupid
for
doing
something
wrong
or
not
knowing
something.
From
just
12
sessions
the
masses
of
information
I
have
learned,
as
well
as
my
confidence
has
rapidly
grown.
The
classes
held
at
the
studio
are
absolutely
incredible.
Slow
Yoga
is
so
relaxing,
and
it
made
me
so
emotional!
I
didn’t
even
think
that
it
would
have
an
affect
like
this
on
me!
The
GAIN
and
LIFT
classes
are
so
fun
and
not
only
do
they
challenge
you
but
you
instantly
feel
good
whilst
working
out.
Everyone
is
so
welcoming
and
friendly
and
I
just
can’t
wait
to
be
back.
I
feel
a
sense
of
community
and
a
sense
of
belonging
when
I
am
here,
and
most
of
all
I
can
forget
about
all
my
troubles
and
worries
when
I
am
there.
Additionally,
It’s
a
non
judgemental
environment
and
it’s
a
safe
space
for
everyone
and
Chloe
and
all
the
staff
there
will
instantly
make
anyone’s
day
with
their
welcoming
smiles,
and
their
positive
attitude
towards
their
jobs!
Even
on
the
days
I
didn’t
feel
myself
and
I
didn’t
want
to
go,
I
still
showed
up
and
they
always
turned
out
to
be
the
best
sessions!
I
would
recommend
Winners
Well-being
&
Fitness
Studios
to
anyone,
no
matter
of
your
level.
