You are taking a massive gamble when you order from this branch. Will you get the correct order? Will your order have all the right items? Will it look terrible?

Food above the normal KFC standard. No popcorn chicken or hot drinks. 🙁 Other than that, all good.

How is possible to ruin a KFC? It has been a while since I had a KFC but blimey! Soggy, Greasy ‘fries’, a chicken burger bathed in some dark BBQ? ‘Sauce’ Sitting in a box of about three tiny pieces of lettuce that had escaped the horrors of the bun and two chicken legs that wouldn’t look out of place in an episode of the walking dead. No wonder the population are become increasingly obese if this mess is offered up as food. Never again.

£30 down the drain for cold undercooked soggy fries, chicken is dry and over cooked but also dripping in grease, burgers dry with brown lettuce and sour mayo….Gross. I won’t bother ordering from here again, burger stop is sale is much better quality standards. But a franchise is just a person using an established brand name….. the food IS NOT the brand. Lesson learnt

Despite its ubiquitous worldwide popularity, KFC has a bad reputation, at least here in the United States. It is the frequent butt of jokes about its low quality food, questionable ingredients and shady business

Food just as good as any kfc. Staff have no clue how to time things and get food out in a decent time.. and when prompted ad you can see your food baged up just sat there. They take it as an insult... guys just bag the food and give it to the customer geezzzzz

rudest and the most uncaring service I ever got, like fair enough its not a 5 star restaurant but to be this bad is shocking. food tasted like it was fried hours ago not and kept in hot hold, and missing a gravy + wrap in my order that i only realised when i got home

Bought triple gravy bucket for £23.99. They gave 1 portion of chips and hardly any chicken. The taste was OK though

im very unhappy because this kfc is always perfect when i go but let me down today im very frustrated

poor service. asked for my burger plain and the man clearly couldn’t be bothered to do it so instead gave me a silly excuse. bear in mind my order hadn’t even been started yet so they had more than enough time to give me a plain burger.
