I am shocked by the negative comments posted here. Today I travelled from North Manchester to take my grandson who is 9 and has many special needs to the walk in and I cannot praise the service he received highly enough. Kay on reception and Jeanette, the nurse, were exceptional, their kindness and expertise overwhelmed me and he now affectionately calls them his friends. Not only did he receive important emergency medication but also a positive experience when he was in a lot of pain. It’s people like Kay and Jeanette who selflessly give to their work for the NHS and deserve our gratitude.

My daughter and I waited more than 3 hours for an appointment yesterday but then Dr Emma Cribble arrived and saw her. She was thorough and excellent.

Attended the practice as a walk in patient was seen by Dr Farrukh Khan. He was very helpful and was attentive and acknowledged all my concerns and provided me with excellent advice with regards to after care. Even rushed his break to make sure patients were not waiting too long which is really selfless.

Dr Norbury was brilliant with my Dad, she took the time to fit us in and even send a follow up message. Thank you for the excellent level of care.

Awful receptionist! Very dismissive & so unhelpful, I had a referral to which she shrugged off. Staff training definitely needed or new staff altogether!

Wish I could give a negative rate, but not possible. Easier to get a degree in medicine than get checked from doctors at this clinic. Imagine walking at “WALK IN CLINIC” to be told to ring them (the same people you speak at the reception) two hours later, just in case you can come again and get checked, if there is availability. I tried really hard to process that information and not to react. I just left. Please don’t waste your time and energy going there… they’ll blow your mind and possibly your blood pressure too.

Receptionist very unhelpful. Very dismissive attitude and simple questions were responded to in a sneering way. Male nurse who dealt with me was a diamond and put me at my ease. Thank goodness someone was kind as I was in quite a distressed state and needed reassuring.

They are very bad. We went at 11 and she said we would close at 2. Then she entered the site. Closing time varies and I need to see a doctor. It is necessary that she said, “We cannot do anything in front of you.” There is someone waiting for an appointment. I told her to give me an appointment. She told me to go. There is no appointment.
