FUMING!!
I
went
into
this
shop
today
looking
for
holiday
clothes
and
have
purchased
many
items
for
my
daughter
and
myself
over
the
years.
As
I
walked
in
and
started
chatting
to
an
assistant
who
is
lovely
and
we
discussed
that
with
her
work
hours,
she
had
not
seen
me
in
ages.
Then
this
tall
brute
of
a
woman
turned
round
to
my
daughter
and
myself
shouting
are
you
alright
ladies?
Then
the
lady
using
her
phone
to
go
live
said
we
are
about
to
go
live,
move
across
from
our
view.
I
was
then
moved
away
by
their
assistant
who
looked
scared
to
even
defend
us.
My
daughter
said
Mum,
please
leave
that's
not
right
we’re
not
allowed
to
touch
the
clothes
and
walk
around.
The
ironic
thing
is,
your
going
live
to
sell
products
when
I’m
a
customer
who
came
in
to
purchase
clothes
and
you
were
both
rude
to
me
and
my
daughter.
Do
you
understand
I
was
there
to
give
you
money
for
your
goods?
Why
don’t
you
go
live
at
the
back
of
the
shop
where
you
won’t
be
interrupted
as
you
had
a
selection
of
goods
you
were
going
live
with
on
the
rail,
and
potential
customers
can
browse
around
your
shop.
I
will
never
come
into
your
shop
again
and
will
purchase
clothes
from
the
Warrington
shop
that
is
no
longer
associated
with
you.
Disgusting
customer
service.
Follow
up
on
the
same
day:
I
got
a
call
from
the
owner
saying
that
I
upset
her
staff
member
and
she
was
so
annoyed
with
me,
therefore
would
not
listen
to
my
side
as
a
customer.
She
ranted
on
for
ages
and
forgot
the
fact
that
I
was
the
customer.
I
could
be
excused
for
having
the
opinion
that
you
think
you’re
better
than
your
customers
As
the
saying
goes,
“Without
customers,
you
have
no
business
being
in
business".
