I had the best shopping experience of my life here. I don’t know if it was swollen pregnant feet or the whole way I was treated but being sat down and offered a drink before completing my purchase was just the best rich feeling ever. I wish I knew the woman’s name but she was lovely and really looked after me. She was blonde that’s all I know. But made me feel like a million dollars, got shown the jewellery close up before completing my purchase - sat down one on one while paying, I don’t know just best shopping experience of my life and this was all down to the treatment from start to finish was absolutely flawless. I hope I can return and relive the whole experience again. Thank you for making me feel like a million dollars

I bought a watch for my 21st a year ago and absolutely love it, unfortunately the watch did have some slight issues so went back to the manufacturer a couple of times but I cannot fault the team at Manchester beaver brooks for their fantastic service, in particular Angela. Her customer service was superb and the weekly updates I received whilst my watch was away was again fantastic. I would highly recommend purchasing from the store due to their huge range of products but most importantly their brilliant customer service. Very Happy indeed. Thanks again!

Last night we went to purchase two Bulova watches - a Jet Star and a Lunar Pilot. The member of staff made a point of telling us she was an expert on all the watches on sale. So it came as a disappointment to find that upon showing us the watches she knew next to nothing about the history or legacy of the watches. We then looked at some Garmin watches. Again, she was unable to tell us about specific, basic, functionalities of the smart watches. We asked about blood pressure sensors on the watches, and she did not know. Given we were looking to spend upwards of £3,000, this was again disappointing. And again, she took offence at us asking questions that accidentally highlighted her lack of product knowledge. For Beaverbrooks management reading this, there is a thirty something member of staff at your store who is quick to search for offence, and slow to learn the intricacies of your products. This is, suffice to say, bad for business, and we took our business elsewhere.

Bought my second watch from here. I had an appointment with Chloe but due to a car breakdown I got there late so I was seen to by Stephanie. The customer service was amazing as usual and we talked watches for a bit, Stephanie was very knowledgeable & professional. Special shout out to Chloe for arranging it all. I truly am grateful. I will be back soon with my partner as she has her eye on the diamond Black Bay. If you're looking for a luxury watch, this should be your go to place. Fantastic customer service. I was looked after by Hannah, she was very professional from the outset . Looking forward to receiving my Tudor GMT in September.

Despite making a relatively inexpensive service Amy was exceedingly professional and kind, offering drinks and seating and being patient, considerate, empathetic and cared about the reason behind the gift as well as making positive comments regarding my relationship. This service is exceptional and should not go unnoticed, it is rare to find anyplace so committed to the shopping experience.

Nice store with helpful and friendly staff but very bad quality of jewellery. Second bangle that having a problem. First one i bought changed the shape so went there and they exchanged it but now my other one ripped. Don't know how to describe it so I'll post photos. What a shame !!!
