Could not recommend this place enough, in particular, Sean Philips who is one of the instructors. firstly, it’s a nice environment to work out, and all the staff are friendly. Sean is a great instructor and tailors training plans to suit your need. He’s very knowledgeable and knows what he’s talking about. I loved it here as opposed to working out at a gym and therefore would recommend that people give it a go.

Exceptional trainers here. I am so so glad that I’ve found a PT environment and trainer that provides a fantastic service. I feel really comfortable and motivated to keep going back. The knowledge that my trainer has has helped my fitness and strength grow, positively effecting the exercise I already do. Hands down the best place to go!

A great idea..I trained with Shaun few weeks ago..he has attention to every detail movement posture breathing which will save you from injury....I hope to ve back!
