Had a first class experience at Hinds jewellers t both Wrexham and Carmarthen branches. I had ordered a watch in the Carmarthen branch that I had seen online whilst on holiday. Jane in Carmarthen researched for me and found the last one in the company which transpired to be in the Middlesbrough branch and I asked for it to be delivered to Wrexham as it was closest to my home. Zoe in the Wrexham branch tracked it from our first conversation and regularly updated me. On arrival it was altered to perfectly fit my wrist at no extra cost. I am delighted with the watch and most grateful to Zoe and Jane and the helpful and friendly service I received at Hinds and would definitely buy from them again. Thanks for the the efficiency at both branches it was greatly appreciated.

Just found out my daughter took her watch in today for a couple of links out. £20.00!!!!! Will be phoning 4 an explanation tomorrow. Maximum 5 minutes, works out £240.00 an hour.

The shop assistant that served me was lovely and friendly.. unfortunately that's as far as it went... They were unable to recognise what material the ring that I brought in to get cleaned was made from. once it had been cleaned I was incredibly disappointed with how it looked.. still dull and full of dirt.. I only paid because of how lovely they were... I then had to take it to another place to get it cleaned.. which then come out looking fantastic... I'm certain there jewelry is lovely, however if you want anything cleaning I would take it elsewhere..

Do not bother wasting your time or money in that store or company. Un helpful and rude. Do not make u feel welcome. Staff clearly can’t be arsed. No body in charge. Waiting to receive a response from the company director as customer services where polite but couldn’t help me. Will not waste any money there again
