Unfortunately, I don't live near any independent Vans stores and have to do with shopping online. But this store is great. The staff were very helpful and helped me choose out what I was looking for. I could have spent a fortune in here but didn't have the funds to do so at the time. If I'm ever in Manchester again, I'll likely be returning. Great store with a great range of clothes, shoes and accessories.

Normally I would never review a single store in a shopping mall however I must give credit to the staff of this store because they’re a credit to the store’s reputation. Well put together, positive, engaging and helpful. Excellent service and made me smile.

Amazing service tonight from the 2 lovely lads who helped me today, only caught the name of Joel who was so lovely and friendly to talk to! And the sweet man with a glorious beard and amazing tattoos who helped me! They were both wonderful and even got me a wet paper towel for my sore eye😅 amazing service and such sweet gentleman, thank you so much 🙏🏼

Wow!! Absolutely amazing staff!! Customer service was second to non from both store assistants, the world needs more people like this! Nothing at all was too much trouble for them as I struggle with my mobility and trying on new shoes can be tricky but they were both patient, kind and understanding

Today I went into VANS Trafford Centre Manchester with my husband for a browse and ended up buying a VANS rucksack. The sales assistant was very attentive and even pointed out other options which I will come back a purchase. During our exchange it was clear to me that she was passionate about the brand, I guess you could call her an ambassador for VANS. I appreciated the first-class service I experienced so much that I asked for her name which she kindly gave (Lani) as did I gave mine. It’s excellent ole School customer service like this that’s is needed Some shops could learn a lot from this lovely girl. Promotes her to management , she brilliant.

Bought a backpack from here yesterday, great customer service from the team member who served me. Would definitely come back some time in the future. Love the selection of shoes!
