Very arrogant staff, which reflects badly on the Swatch and Omega brands. Made a forty minute drive for three consecutive days to try and buy a Mission to Moon watch, only to find that they had already sold out by the time I got there. I know that the Mission to Moon watch is extremely popular and sells fast so that is what it is and I have no issue with that, but the staff all seem to think that this is licence to be outright rude to people who are disappointed. Today after the disappointment of my third straight failed attempt, one of the sales staff made their feelings clear by displaying their irritation with my disappointment and telling me 'Well you'll just have to wait and keep trying like everyone else then won't you'. Of course the answer to that is no I won't have to wait, I'll just buy one of eBay and never visit that shop again.

I can relate to the first review on here. Visited Saturday and was just told that swatch saved omega from going bust and they were the best watch ever. Was never told that you had to arrive early and stock sold out everyday. I cane back Sunday morning to find them just setting up. No one spoke to me so I returned 2 mins later to find 2 men stood in a queue. Turns out these 2 men then got the last 2 watches in stock. I was just told we have no more..no details no nothing. Plucked uo the courage to come back 5 mins later and ask the lady. She said they get stole all the time just not sure which days. She said that was just 2 watches left over from yesterday and they just hadn't recieved stock on that Sunday. Finally someone that made sense!

I travelled 10 miles to Manchester City Centre to replace a battery but it had disappeared with no sign where it had been. I was told it closed 2 weeks ago. (M/c City Centre with no shop !!!!) what a pathetic company. So now I have to travel to the Trafford centre and after reading previous reviews it will be with my fingers crossed and holding my breath. FREE battery replacement my “asterisk”.

I too was told that Swatch saved Omega because they own them, they need to be careful as he said all this while I was stood there with my £15k 18carat gold Omega in my wrist ! Sales people need to be better informed and less cocky. If he worked for me I’d have fired him !

Despite the other reviews that I had read already. Had a good experience with the manager getting a watch.

terrible release today for the swatch x blancpain. arrived day before at 9:30pm and queued up, then the manager came and said to leave the queue and go elsewhere which we did. We were told to come back at 5:30/6am which we did then we were made to be in a crowd and wait. After this we were all huddled together infront of the entrance to trafford center. The manager explained that he would have to pick out people to go into the shop and purchase their item and he assured us that this would be random with no bias. There were around 125 spaces for people to buy the watches. Many people including me had noticed that the manager had bias whilst picking people to go in which was bias towards older people (probably to avoid resellers) and attractive young women. This was clearly not random. after around 100 of the 125 slots had been chosen the manager decided to go into the queue area inside the building and leave everyone waiting outside for just under an hour whilst he was chatting away to people inside. Then there’s more, the manager comes out again and decides to do trivia where he asks a question to over 200 people and loads of people shout the answer at the same time. The person he heard get it right was allowed in. The large majority of people being allowed in being attractive young women and older people along with the quiz does not seem random at all. Not to add the staff and security was extremely rude to customers. embarrassing way to handle todays release.

Exactly the same experience as everyone else on here. Rude staff who have no interest in helping or suggesting when might be a good time to visit. Terrible ambassador for the swatch brand. Really makes you not want to bother 👎🏻

Came here on 2 separate occasions to try and source the MoonSwatch. On both times they had plenty of stock. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
