Lean Not fit for the job Very unprofessional no knowledge about the store also extremely rude should be fired from such position. I am using lives since 15years first time had very poor experience. I am sure the Lives will take good care else taking customers granted won’t help

I’ve just visited the Levi Store, Upper Level at The Trafford Centre. Short of giving me the jeans for free there was nothing else they could have done for me. Instant service, great product knowledge, presented options and created the perfect shopping experience for me!! Every person in the store greeted me in a genuinely welcoming manner. Purchases made and walked out feeling very accomplished and appreciated. It’s more than 5 stars! Thank you guys. 🙏🙏

Really recommend this branch of Levi’s, was picking a pair of jeans, had an assistant come over not pushy at all and told me the best choice for what I wanted. Never felt pushed to buy anything (but I did anyway!)

Everyone is always on the ball and incredibly helpful - they really know their product. I have worn Levi's since 1970. My wife, also retired, bought her first pair today - purely because of the help you guys gave her. She is thrilled to bits with her purchase. We are the Les Mills Body Pump couple.

Customer service here is 10/10, by far the best customer service i have come across in any establishment.

Outstanding service. I was served by Sikrhat (I hope I'm spelling that correctly). She welcomed me warmly and helped me find the right jeans for me. She expertly explained the different styles, and demonstrated angelic patience whilst I tried on pair after pair. When I made my decision, she also gave me tips to help look after my jeans so that they will last a long time.
