I took in a brand new watch I received for my birthday yesterday and explained to the gentleman that I wanted a snug fit so the watch wouldn't move, 30 minutes later I received my watch back in perfect condition and with the perfect fit for my wrist! The gentleman was very friendly, professional and helpful! I would use this service again in a heartbeat! 5* across the board for this service! Thanks so much guys!

Very friendly, but was advised the watch was missing the two screws which held the battery in. So I agreed to have those replaced as well as a battery and pressure testing. On returning home the watch had fogged up to moisture in the watch. When opening the back up there was liquid inside and noticed 1 very small screw down the inside of the watch which had not been seen. So when the watch back was put back on it did not screw down fully hence why water in watch. Not happy for £69.99 paid

Fantastic service! Was reluctant to take my Tag watch to a third party repairer, however after shopping around, I found time piece watch repairs to be the most helpful! The staff came across very knowledgeable and reassuring. I was able to leave my watch with them while I went shopping and contacted an hour later when the repair was done. I was really happy with service. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing their watch repaired in the future.
