Breakfast was over £20 for 2 x overpriced tiny portions A Hard egg tablespoon of beans thin folded tiny rasher of bacon half soggy tomato hash brown & sausage I asked for slice of toast was charged £3.50 extra Coffee was small & bland £3 Would definitely never go there again! Not recommended!!!!!

We love the cafe on the garden centre side but as the card machine was broken, we visited the Butterfly cafe. On arrival, we were told there was a 40 min wait for food so we decided just to get the cold, lunchbox option for our 3 year old. At £6.50, it was overpriced for the contents (contents multipack items from Aldi). What we didn’t realise, was that the sandwiches were not pre-made so we waited 40 minutes in which time, other customers who had ordered their lunches before us, were brought out their children’s sandwiches- again, after a long wait. Eventually, I went and chased them up as my son had long eaten the rest of the box and was getting restless. Unfortunately, the order had been forgotten. The sandwiches came out- literally half a sandwich- on a plate. Very poorly run cafe, the young staff definitely need some training and the food quality needs to be improved.

Cafe has just received a zero rating during a hygiene inspection, avoid!

The whole premise was that there is a butterfly "world" we paid over £15 for two of us to look at some run down buildings with a selection of farm animals like chickens and an assortment of sad cheap "exotic" animals like a raccoon and some meerkats. Definitely would skip. Store seems ok if you need gardening supplies. But otherwise not really a place of interest. The owners need to invest in up keep.

Absolutely rubbish.we was told 50 minutes wait time for any food even a sandwich.kids meal sandwich was dry and inedible.wouldnt recommend eating here.

My granddaughters loved it here. They enjoyed feeding the lambs and goats. Nice café with a range of foods.
