In a difficult time, this practise tried its utmost to offer the local community as good a service as possible. Even during lockdown when we were all stressed and worried, the GP's, the nurses, the receptioninsts, the admin staff, the management ALL went to work while we stayed at home, unless they caught the actual virus! To give them one star on Google to reflect your experience with them during that time is incredibly unfair. Yes, the staff in those times may have come across as off key when talking to clients, but there are so many time wasters in doctors receptions taking up valuable time resources! I for one think they are one of the best GPs in the area and I'm glad they're my GP.

Great local doctors.. I know people like to point the finger and get angry at the staff but what is the point of doing that. The doctors and staff have a difficult enough job without patients also throwing a hissy fit. Be thankful that we actually have this service available. I say a big thank you to all the doctors and staff at the practice.

An unhelpful & uncaring practice. The reception staff are rude and the telephone/online booking system is abysmal. I requested an appointment for my daughter, which they booked, and when we got there they said they wouldn’t give her the flu vaccine I had booked the appointment for as they said they shouldn’t have booked it. It was their error and I asked them to correct it and they refused (Despite being told the GP could authorise it, the GP ultimately refused). They had zero empathy for a child who was already worried about the vaccination in the first place and gave us a number to call to arrange an appointment elsewhere at a later date. It came down to money … the fact that they aren’t being paid to vaccinate children of school age (despite them booking in the appointment in the first place where I DOB was given). There is no regard for patients.

This GP surgery have been great for myself and my family. I have never had an issue booking an appointment and when we are seen they are nothing but helpful, kind and efficient. Thanks HHMG!

The Drs are fantastic and attentive, a very patient centered practice. Appointments and response times are quick. I think the negative reviews relate to trying to book appointments over the phone. This practice is extremely modern and everything is done efficiently online, including text messages for advice, sick notes etc. It’s more efficient for everyone, but some people prefer to ring up, and if this is the case another practice might be preferable.

Worst GP practice to ever come in place! The rudest receptionists who just want to close off the phone instead of helping us as patients who need them! I requested for a medication 5 months ago, i kept being told by the GP that they cant help me and till now i havent gotten them! Such an inhumane practice!

Can’t book appointments after 3pm!! (Just after you’ve picked your kids up from school and found out they’re not feeling well) Rang at 3.30pm on a Friday to make an appointment. On hold for 20mins finally got through to be told to ring back on Monday after 9 to make an appointment. I said I didn’t want one today but any day would do and they still couldn’t make an appointment for ANY day. Make sure if your going to be ill let them know in advance but before 3pm

The worst place ever! The reception staff are so rude and expect you to know and do everything yourself. They just want to get off the phone and not help you. Your prescriptions will not be on time because they delay everything. Your results would not be sent to you on time because they delay it. The worst practice anyone can register.
