We placed an order on just eat and they sent my vegetarian food with meat on it, after explicitly asking for it to be made vegetarian. Half of our food was missing and the manager hung up on us trying to remedy this. If the toxic workplace culture of bullying isn’t enough, their service is appalling. Don’t support this company. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Here u go Brewdog. Love Brewdog n wherever I go always go to Brewdog for couple of drinks. So here’s Liverpool one. Lovely atmosphere, cool seating. Really helpful n cool staff as we had prob there but they sort it out quickly. Always have variety of drinks not only their own brewery but other guest breweries as well. Overall just enjoyed my time there. Thanks to the staff

Really amazing atmosphere here especially when there's dogs about. Friendly staff who have great knowledge on beer (obviously) and seem genuinely happy to interact with guests. Always love trying the new stouts they get on draft and the fair prices they put on takeaway cans/bottles. Jet black heart is a must try here.

Drinks were good apart from finding a piece of chipped glass in the stout. Food was a nightmare, ordered two Super salad bowls for £11 and £13 and what arrived were some dirty dusty plates, all greasy underneath with some dead salad leaves, old toasted bread and clumped quinoa. I never been served worst food for almost £14. Didn't eat out of fear of food poisoning. There were 6-7 people inside, those dirty plates took 40 minutes to get to our table. I've been multiple times to Brew Dog for drinks, I've ate there about 3 years ago and was fine. Got a refund for food.

Editing this review from 5 star to 1 star after two awful experiences. Prior to those I loved this place excellent food, service, atmosphere and dog friendly; HOWEVER, my last two orders have had serious problems, the latest being of their "Los Pollos Nachos" Chicken Burger. The chicken was RAW! The time before this I ordered loaded fries and got less than 10 fries and half the toppings missing.

Very quiet when we came here on a Friday lunchtime. Good choice of beers and you can have thirds, so you can try lots of different beers. I had the pork and chorizo burger, which was very nice. Friendly staff.

Without a doubt, my favourite place to eat & drink in Liverpool. You simply cannot go wrong with a pint of Punk IPA or Hazy Jane, and the food is delicious: I personally recommend the Patriot burger or chicken wing loaded fries. I love the Tuesday night pub quiz (even though my team always comes last!) and the staff are always super friendly. Atmosphere is always amazing, a chilled vibe that always manages to get me excited for the night ahead. As for COVID safety, Brewdog have nailed it. There is hand sanitiser throughout the bar; the staff are great at explaining social distancing to some people who may otherwise not get it; table service is safe and quick: you can use the app to order or even manually call over bar staff if you'd like a taster of a particular beer. I also love the Brewdog NOW craft beer delivery service, where you can order cans, bottles or even draught beer & cider to an address in Liverpool. I must admit that I indulge in this maybe too often! Cannot wait to be back in Liverpool and to visit this great bar again. Cheers!

This bar used to be the absolute best. The beers still the same but unfortunately the foods all changed. We came for years for the spicy buffalo wings and burger but the sauce has changed completely and is no longer the classic. It's also gone right up in price. Lost it's edge sadly.

Tried the new Wednesday Wings for lunch 😋 Great for a lunch time treat with a wing gang. The first trays come out with approx 10 wings on each and then each additional portion is 4 wings. Managed 10+4+4 = stuffed! Flavours are Korean BBQ and Buffalo. Buffalo are much better IMHO and great with the Blue Cheese Sauce. As it was lunchtime it was quite quiet but got busier before we left. Option to sit outside in the sun but chose the inside booth as the Aircon is fantastic. Great service 👍

Best service, lovely atmosphere and yummiest food! I got the vegan beyond burger and cucumber salad. Adam served me and was so friendly and professional, I felt very taken care of. (Also their beer rocks too!)

Loud heavy metal music is a bit too much when having dinner. Service not the best as in everyone seems really troubled whenever you ask a question. Quality overall doesn’t match the extremely high prices for what it is. The hot sauce on the wings is basically a load of tabasco which makes them really acidic and not very tasty.

  • 4/5 Lianne J. 1 year ago on Google
Nice bar. Love that they are dog friendly and do a 50/50 share of the profits with the staff. They are environmentally conscious too which is nice. I had the raspberry and lime vodka which was nice. Also had the buffalo wings but wasn't a fan on the hot sauce covering them. Should have read the menu better but thought it would be an option of hot sauce or honey glaze. Why would you want both?

Best Brewdog we have been to. Visited during the day with my teenage boys and the staff were fabulous. Thanks - we really enjoyed it. So friendly and amazing food as ever!

Great bar , great location , staff cannot do enough for you , excellent range of draft and bottled beers and lagers , and to top it off clean . Thank you to the team and keep up the fantastic work.

out with a group of people. The food was teriible. They burned the burger and the bacon and still served it to us. Seated us in a terrible spot. And the portion size for what you are paying is not worth it. There are plenty of other bar places around that area that are much better.

  • 5/5 Suzie L. 2 years ago on Google
This place is awesome! Loads of beer choice and good food. You're able to sample beer before buying, staff are professional, knowledgeable and attentive. We'll be back!

  • 5/5 Marian M. 4 years ago on Google
Top beer selection!! And they are awesome. Food overpriced and nothing special. ** I would consider myself as a regular guest, I love the Punk IPA. Even it's cheaper to get it cheaper I other restaurants, I still like to come here because of the awesome staff and ambience

  • 4/5 Tiffany V. 2 years ago on Google
Had buffalo chicken wings and tried out their own cola. They were really good however the wings tasted a bit too vinegary and the dips didn't taste much. The regular chips and sweet potato chips were good too, good portion. Staff were great!

went for Wings Wednesday, got there a little early and were seated with no issues. Asked if there was any rules about ordering wings, when, frequency etc - no issues, order as you want. first plate come with 10, tasty, hot and happy so far. ordered more at the point these were given to us. 20 minutes later, an little dish with 4 wings in it were delivered with no sauce. we challenged the staff why 4 - she explained each order was then going to be 4 - fair enough, 2 more orders please 20 minutes later we got 3 each and they were cold. we gently complained that the time, QTY and temperature were not really well received. Apologies were made from the staff and a double order was made for us. We then received 5 trays each with 3 wings, some again cold. We placed the same order again and received 3 trays each with 3 wings and this was the last order The man in the bar offered his apologies but there was no real explanation as why we were told each order was for 4 wings but received 3 or why it took so long (20 mins) to cook 6 wings (3 per person). We also observed other people in the bar waited a long time for theirs. can't fault the taste of the food or the portion size of the first order but it will be a while before we go back. It wasn't particularly busy either.

I highly recommend this place, the IPA is fantastic tasting and the atmosphere is very relaxed and enjoyable. The staff do a great job and I was served by a gentleman named Nathan, his service was exemplary and he ensured I had all I needed for a great visit. I will be coming again!

  • 5/5 Moisés Barberá R. 7 months ago on Google
My favourite place in the city, compulsory visit every Wednesday for their bottomless wings. Also, punk IPA is a must and their staff Amy, Nathan and Adam are at a huge other level, making every visit one difficult to forget. Thanks team and keep it up, see you next Wednesday 🚀

Great experience at Brewdog for the unlimited wings Wednesday! Our waitress made it that extra bit special, rock paper scissors for dessert was good fun! Thanks and we will be back!

We did the beer and cheese pairing experience. Brad is the assistant manager of the bar and conducted our cheese school. The beer is good, he explained it well and he was a good laugh. Really casual and encouraged the different groups to chat and have a good time. Admittedly the cheese definitely took a back seat... But the beers were good and generous helpings and he was a cool guy. Absolutely recommend to anyone who likes beer and trying a variety of different types. Thanks Brad!

  • 1/5 Jake G. 1 year ago on Google
Really overpriced for some bog standard food. Sauce on the spicy chicken burger was awful and how they can charge £14 for just the burger is insane. Chips were also poor. Beer is nice but again overpriced, you can get good Brewdog beer from many other bars in the area for less

  • 5/5 Adam R. 1 year ago on Google
Booked in for wings Wednesday with two work colleagues. Wings and beers all top notch. Service impeccable. Thanks guys!

  • 4/5 Isabelle D. 10 months ago on Google
Amazing beer and drinks as expected. The vegetarian burger was probably the best I have ever had!! Only bad part was the service was really slow, we got offered a free drink to compensate though. The vegan cauliflower wings were absolutely amazing!!

Had a fantastic afternoon drinking a wide variety of beers, including the new stout black heart which is worth a couple of pints to allow it to grow on you. All the food was fantastic, lovely cooked proper burgers and finally the service was superb. It was a quiet Monday afternoon but they were very attentive regarding keeping the drinks flowing and clearing glasses etc. thanks to all the staff for making it a great afternoon for 12 people

This was our 20th BrewDog in 5 different countries. Not sure we’ll ever get to see them all but we are making steady progress 😁 Liverpool was relatively quiet and is a little off the beaten track. Regardless of this we still enjoyed 👍

  • 4/5 Jen H. 1 year ago on Google
Nice place, some pinball machines. good selection of their own beers... Although higher prices than most other bars that sell Punk. Slightly disappointing food - wings came out cold first, had to send back. Power bowl salad, nice unusual combo of flavours but the avocado was really past its best and grey/ brown.

Great place and good atmosphere friendly staff dog friendly. sampled a few different beers. Unfortunately spirits are a little pricey, nearly £5 for a single vodka

  • 5/5 Andrew M. 1 year ago on Google
Popped in for a quick drink and bite to eat. I'm an Equity Punk and don't always get chance to get to the bars. But I was in town so thought I'd go. Always a pleasure. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and nice to boot. The only thing I can say in a negative is what's happened with the spicy pickled celery that used to come with the hot wings? That stuff was amazing! Shame, but the wings are still good!

Very wide selection of very good beers, drought and cans/bottles. That would be 5 stars, but food isn't as good as beer in there. But it is still worth to visit for a beer lover.

  • 5/5 Harvey B. 3 years ago on Google

Usually love this place but won't be going back while all these new social distancing measures are in place. Staff really helpful but I found the online ordering process really convoluted. By the time we found beers to try and had ordered and paid for the drinks we didn't really want them any more, it all just took too long. Still a great place and will go back at some point.

Went to take advantage of the 50% off Eat Out to Help Out, combined with the 2-4-1 Vegan Mondays that BrewDog offers. Service was great, and the food was delicious. We got 2 pints of soft drink, 2 vegan burgers and a 'share' portion of seitan wings, for a grand total of £13.76! Will definitely be back.

  • 5/5 Luke W. 3 years ago on Google
Staff were extremely helpful, offering me free samples of beer to help me choose. Also, with their 2 for 1 vegan offer on Mondays combined with the Eat Out to Help Out scheme I got an absolute bargain with friends. Great place.

Me and Ted popped into BrewDog after a sightseeing tour around Liverpool. We were warmly greeted by the staff who made a big fuss of Ted and gave him his own bowl of doggy snacks so I could eat my meal in peace! Great service, great staff and great beer, all in a dog friendly bar, highly recommended whether you have your dog with you or not!

Well clued up in these Covid-19 times, good social distancing measures but most importantly a great pint of beer (Northern Monk- Faith for me, Punk IPA for the wife) and some nice brunch too. Blueberry pancakes went down well. Another Brewdog pub ticked off in my beer passport.

  • 4/5 Piggy P. 3 years ago on Google
Ticking another off my hubby's Brewdog passport. Very well sorted for Covid. Lovely staff. Beer was a tad expensive, but most Brewdog bars are. I think non-alcoholic should be cheaper. Food was also a tad expensive, but tasty.
