Absolutely awful customer service and food. Ordered sesame chicken strips main for £17+ for 15 pieces of small chicken and burnt chips! The price has gone up whilst quality has dropped significantly. I told the waitress the chips were burnt and if we could have new fresh ones, she brought back the same chips but just in a different pot within 2 minutes… the chips in the picture are the “fresh ones”. The portion of chicken that we had gotten was that small we managed to finish our chicken and drink by the time she brought our chips back! Not very impressed. Not the first time this has happened at TGI Cheadle! Was awful the last time we came and was promised a 5* experience/ standard if we ever come back. This was -5*! What a joke.

So far my best TGI Friday restaurant, from start to finish excellent customer service. Food was tasty, service was quick, a really enjoyable experience. One of our small party was his birthday and we mentioned this to the staff, where they came round to our table clapping and singing, brought a balloon hat, and a free slice of cake, that's what I call customer service. Was happy to complete survey before we left and gave a tip for outstanding service. We'll Done

Working away so fancied a treat. Up 2:00 on a Sunday this place was. Just put the Christmas decorations up have a lovely little feel to. Staff were prompt, food was great. Couldn't ask for anything more from a TGI

Come here everytime we fly from Manchester, unfortunately just didn't hit the mark this time. Food was okay and prices are very expensive now, cocktails are buy one get one free however are £14 so not a great deal. Service wasn't great, I get that it's mainly tourists visiting before flights but simple courtesy and smiles go a long way. Server Louise was very pushy with trying to get me to write a review on here/TripAdvisor so she could get a bonus in her payslip? Asked twice if I'd done it when trying to pay the bill, just left bad taste. Such a shame as we usually really enjoy it here.

Always a total pleasure to come in here for dinner, I highly recommend it to anyone. The staff and the management were very accommodating with my mushroom allergy thanks guys

Our Server Rik went above and beyond today. One of the best waiters and experiences of hospitality I have seen in years. We were welcomed, spoken to like friends, food served fast and even made sure our two year old was catered to in every possible way. Well done, we talked all the way home about how unusual it was these days, a lovely surprise.

Lovely food! Amazing drinks...staff were very friendly and helpful and understanding when it came to children and how they can be...will definitely be going again!

Staff are always friendly but food is poor quality sorry to say. I used to love coming here for the ribs but sadly 3 times now I've been disappointed with the food over the last 2 years. £9.50 for 4 mozzarella sticks joke The salad was rediculous too Your chef needs propa looking at I love corn on the cob but some how tgi messed that up too. Almost missed the ceiling dripping from leaks too. Sorry tgi it had to be said.
