Not 1 but 2 security tags left on separate items. Lots of staff chatting doing not much and the ones serving must be blind to miss TWO tags ! if only they would take their time checking for tags than looking at the receipt making sure I hadn't stolen anything

I had my measurement done by Tamana. She was ABSOLUTELY excellent. She’s an icon to be fair. Me and my sister thought she was great, she was very thorough and honest throughout. That girl needs a promotion or a raise because she made us have the best time and feel so comfortable and looked after. We told the manager that she was incredible and she was going to pass it on so I hope she does. If you see this Tamana, you’re iconic❤️

Was there a couple weeks ago and was measured by Sharna. Genuinely one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had, she’s a delightful woman and was so very helpful. She needs a pay rise and a hell of a lot of commendation. Thank you endlessly Sharna, you’re a rare sort of person! Always keep that attitude and smile! Oh, and by the way - I had the laser hair removal appointment. Jesus H Christ it hurts! 😂

Was helped by Roxanne and just wanted to shout out to her, as a LGBTQ person I don’t always feel comfortable or welcomed in shops like this but she helped me find the right bra with so much patience, kindness and friendliness it really really made a difference. Thank you. ❤️

My experience at the store was exceptional. In particular, I had the pleasure of working with Maaria, who went above and beyond to support me in my fitting. Maaria’s genuine kindness and willingness to help was really impressive and she really took the time to understand my preferences and helped me find the perfect fit. Got an amazing service from all staff members, especially Sharna. She helped me find my right size and made the whole experience delightful. Even the other staff were so helpful, helping me at the till even though it was past closing time. Thanks guys ❤️

I had ordered for collection at Liverpool Next, the confirmation email showed it would be sent to Manchester Victoria secret. Then I got a text from Next manchetser to collect, when I clicked on the location link from the text it sent me to Liverpool Next. After being passed around on the phone to different departments, they confirmed it was at Manchester Victoria secret and refused to send it back to the original location in Liverpool after admitting it was their error. They had said they processed the refund. However, several days later when I checked online it said I had collected it and there was no refund. In this instance, I had to call AGAIN to have my refund processed.
