Victoria Hall seems short on reviews, so here goes. I went to see Marillion play there and was quite impressed. The atmosphere, decor and seating were very good and in keeping with the age of the main venue. Staff and facilities we good, except for the bar prices, way too expensive. I recommend you have your pre show drinks in the Victoria Lounge just outside (£3.60 a pint) and park in the John's Street multistorey car park, very handy, only 20 metres from the main entrance of the Pub and the Hall.

Small but perfectly formed concert venue. Parking close by. Seating isn’t anything special, but you can get relatively near the band as the place isn’t a huge hanger style venue. Sound quality good, not too loud.

Victoria is one of them places that id never say id go again, as in the stalls its basically a school hall with tightly fitted nartow seats not alot of leg room BUT I went seen jason fox( sas who dares wins guy) We choose upper circles for above reason, yes further away but didnt want the cramped feeling. If anyone is a larger person may be discomfort on ground Upper circle i found abit better still not lots of neighbouring chairs room but was slightly and there is enough leg room and onky single riws so when people walk past easy and plenty space just stand up. It is a middle of the road venue, externally looks ok and clean and the bars are fine. We got served straight away as used upper circle bar, gf bar was long wait so advise try uppers on the times you go may be quicker. Overall its a middle of the road venue, could do with seating upgrade bu if its working for them why change i guess they think which is fair enough. I prefer regent as a sister venue but some people dont host there Was a good night with jason fox story

Good seats up at the top. They're quite angled so we got a great view of the stage, I'd say better than the floor seats. Drinks are ridiculously priced and there are about 3 snacks to choose from.

Very nice looking building, we were impressed with the foyer area and toilets. Security were polite, staff were informative. The seating was odd as the front row was BB then CC then DD then A row. Which was confusing on the tickets. The taxi had issues finding us after as he didn't know where we were.

Acoustics are brilliant in this building. Dressing rooms were cosy. Lighting and sound engineers were great.

John Street car park is across the road, so very handy. Bar had a good selection of drinks and they have an app to order drinks from your seat. Staff all friendly and helpful. Only small negative is for longer shows the seats start to be a little uncomfortable and the cool gets to your ankles.

Amazing venue. Close to.my heart. Used to live within walking distance as a kid/teenager. Been going there for over 45 years....
