would give it zero but that's not possible ordered milkshake and cheese burger. firstly the grease was overflowing from the patty making the bun soaking wet it it had no flavouring and lacked seasoning the onions were not cooked on the burger I couldn't compare it to a rustlers burger because they are nicer. i expected the milkshake to be homemade but when they grabbed a yazoo from the back and charged me 1 pound 30 for a 75p bottle. disgusting would not recommend

This place is absolutely abysmal it was filthy with the staff that have an attitude that stinks. The food to start off is particularly atrocious I had went the other day to order a burger and a portion of chips and to say the least the best thing about it was that it came in a box. The burger's grease had slipped out of the patty and onto my hands as if it were soaked in oil itself. At least the chips were hot! I will give the burger a 2/10 But I'll say this to anyone DO NOT GO HERE!!!! There are far more places better in Cheadle and this is not one of them.

the chicken kebabs are actually banging from here. Loads of fresh chopped salad, the sauces are nice and the chicken is really tasty (and not them rubbery cubes some takeaways serve!). The chips are good too and the portion sizes are generous!

Pizza was chewy and cold, chips was cold and solid. Rang up to complain and had the phone put down on me twice, rude and unprofessional. Food tasted horrible

My usual go-to takeaway. Really reasonably priced, and the food is always top notch. Either whenever I order, or go in to collect, the staff and delivery drivers have always been reslly friendly, and always early whenever it’s been ordered. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Terrible service! Half my order was missing so I called to shop to inform them about the issue only to be told its my fault as my address was 4 miles away. How does that even make sense. Person on the phone suggested they deliver the missing items next time I make an order. What sort of service is this. Stay away

Absolutely disgusting, gave me cold food and a bread that i paid one pound for he didnt even bother heating it. Straight out the packet and into the box, and i paid an extra pound for it. Disgusting

Appalling service, avoid this place!!! Placed a delivery order at 8:30, after an hour wait, rang them and they said it was ready waiting for driver. Another 45 minutes and nothing; rang again and they said they couldn't find my order on the screen. Ended up having to go to the place and argued with them until they eventually found my order which they cooked whilst I was waiting. Got my order at mid-night after 3 and half hours since placed. Their attitude is shocking, not accepting they made a mistake, not apologising, not giving a refund. Honestly, don't order from these people.

Food was cold, pizza was chewy, rang up to complain and they put the phone down on us, paid £30 and I wasn't worth it, 2nd time this has happened were we've had problems with the food, kept putting the phone down

Given the wrong order which we had to drive back and pick up the right food. Given some money back as overcharged. Not enough given back and when I phoned to challenge this they refused to give me the correct money back and accused me of staring the wrong order to collect. Food was rubbery as it had been left out for over 30 mins and the food we returned was re packaged as if to send out again. I will NOT be returning again.
