1st time eating there as its was recommended to me. Being lunchtime it was very busy so took a bit of time to have the order taken. Regrettably the pancakes were burnt but they didn't hesitate in replacing them. The eggs were nicely cooked and very fresh. When asking for the bill they had taken the drinks off for our troubles which as a nice touch. 12.5 gravity on the bill too which was fine. In all nice experience. 👍

Found this hidden gem when I went for Frankie and Benny's but now they only do breakfasts Friday till Monday which I'm so glad of. My daughter watched pancakes on her birthday so types in pancakes Trafford center and it came up with bills checking the menu. It looked spot on, got there and was seated straight away. The stuff were absolutely incredible. So friendly and polite. Couldn't help anymore. The food I have had and seen has been top quality and I can say bills brunch is incredible! Would highly recommend this place

The burger was dry , when you pay over 10 pounds for a burger , one would expect it to be fairly tasty, added service charge 12.5 % with no option is disgusting , especially when served by a baddie from a james bond movie

Good service, good food, Bill's is always a reliable option. 2 adults 2 children for breakfast came to £40, staff were attentive and quick.

Overpriced for what we had. And charged £5.40 service charge which I refused to pay and they gave it me back. Wou8go back again

My first visit to Bills and it wont be my last from the moment I stepped up to the door (Tuesday September 6th 17:55ish) and received a warm welcome until the goodbye at the end the customer service was brilliant, warm and friendly! I commend both the front of house staff that I saw on my visit! The service was quick and efficient with my drinks brought out quickly! I opted for the super greens smoothie which was delicious, tea which was a good temperature and brewed to a decent strength. I was also offered complimentary water, I liked that touch. My food was also brought out in timely fashion! I ordered from the ‘set menu’ which I believe is available all day Monday to Thursday! The food itself was very tasty. I enjoyed my starter (chicken & sesame dumplings) which were tasty on their own, but the dip made it perfect! After finishing my starter the main came! Santorini Salad it was the tastiest salad I have ever had, and the portion size was very generous. To sum up! The customer service and food quality made it easy to score my visit 5 stars.

I order a medium/well steak my wife ordered a medium...mine came and it was raw all the way through and my wifes came and still raw but abit more done than mine... no one came to check or came past the table for us to say anything.... Was a bad table service and bad food experience... although the staff seem nice when we arrived and they sat us down/took our order.

Lovely Eggs Benedict and a great size pot of tea. Staff were very polite. Service Charge added onto the bill automatically, which I like. If you don't look out for it.

Wasnt impressed to be honest..came this evening to celebrate my daughters birthday and was really disappointed.after sending the starter back because it was cold we didnt expect the main to be cold as well. That got sent back and my meal and my partners where taken off the bill ( his was actually £25 but only had £20 taken off) a complimentary glass of wine would have been nice...but no..the table service was good and the manager was lovely..restaurant clean etc..but i left having eaten nothing..so 1*

Edited my rating from 3 stars to 2 stars after realising they had added on service charge. I always tip (generously) if I believe the service is good. The first 20mins, I would have tipped. Really enjoyed the food, the chicken burger was excellent. They also had an offer where both my kids are for free because I ordered a main. The service was mostly good until we got our main, then it took a dip. Not sure if it was because it got a little busier but I felt like we were just forgotten about. Also was a bit annoyed that they charged for the still water which I only got for the kids, but had their water bottles with me, I'd have been happy with tap (which is what I thought I was getting). So a mixed bag really, if the service was good, and I hadn't been charged for the water, it would have been 5 stars.

The food was really nice with the chocolate brownie being the best I’ve had however, be warned they add a 12.5% service charge automatically to the bill. This was very, very disappointing and felt this was particularly cheeky as it should be up to the customer to decide whether they should pay this. It’s a shame as the food and service was of a good standard but the service charge has really put us off going back there in the future. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Every thing was perfect ! We had a Sunday breakfast, place was full but we didn't waite for too long . Stuff were friendly, restaurant was very clean. Food was absolutely amazing but my husband didn't like his pancakes as they were tough , when she asked about feedback and I told her he didn't like the pancakes,she took it off from the bill immediately.

We called in while Christmas shopping and shared three starters between two of us. Devilled chicken skewers, haloumi fries and chips. All tasty and hot and just enough with a glass of wine or Coke (for the driver 😁)

Service good, nice selection of food. The surroundings were cosy and it felt like a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the Trafford centre.

Have felt that Bill's is more than a little tired for a while now, especially for brunches but as the people I was with wanted to go there & I hadn't been for a while, thought it might have changed a little. We had the following issues: 1. The order was wrong. 2. The smoked salmon was clearly cheap, half of it was brown in parts, instead of pink. 3. I've never been to a restaurant where they do not have cream at all. I recalled that the pancakes had previously been dry hence my request. The best they could do was a scoop of ice cream. For a fairly standard order, the bill was over £70. I won't be going back to any Bill's.

Nice decor, pleasant service, food was ok. But £13 for a traditional breakfast and one cup of coffee felt slightly overpriced. I've had more impressive breakfasts in better locations for less.

Brunch with a friend on a Sunday. Seared tuna tacos (more large nachos) 🌮 was fantastic - it is a starter but enough for a small meal. Poached eggs on avocado toast was also great 🥑 Although The Trafford Centre was really busy got a table straight away 😊

Very good customer service, friendly staff, nice food although the steak was meant to be medium cooked but was well done so was very tough and chewy. Reasonably priced! Will definitely go again and hopefully not get my steak well done.

Food was great. Only gripe is the fact they add on 12.5% to your bill at the end for a service charge. I'm not convinced the staff see any of the service charge.

Sharing platters of starters were fantastic, burgers were great, crab cakes weren't good. Service good. Would definitely come back.

The staff here are so, so nice. We asked for a dark corner so my sister could breast feed and they put us in the perfect place. The food was the best I've eaten in ages. I had chicken shawama and pina colada Eton mess. I had the super greens smoothie and a pot of tea to drink. We also shared some squid. Everything was so perfect.

I decided to try some new things today at Bills and not only was the food incredible but also the kind service from the lovely Karolina! I had the Mediterranean Breakfast, with a Golden Latte and Wow, the flavours where absolutely incredible. Highly recommend for that tasty health kick!

Food was great and the prices are so affordable. We went in the summer holidays and for every paying adult 2 kids ate for free. Cocktails were 241. Portion sizes are good. Will definitely visit again.

Food is tasty. I’ve had a kebab and tasty breakfast. The service is poor. Both times we have struggled to catch a member of staff for the bill or a drink or something. The second time they missed peas off and we couldn’t catch someone so had to go up and ask and then the peas still didn’t arrive. We then managed to ask our waitress and then she eventually brought some out. I think that they need more staff. We were sat in the worst, furthest away place both times though. After all of that they added an automatic service charge! (Not paid though). That takes an automatic star off because it’s bad practice.

First time eating at this restaurant. Won't be the last! Staff attentive and friendly. Great atmosphere to people watch. Fab cocktails and the meatballs.....well...best meal I've ever had! The flavours....delish! Well done especially as it was rammed on Saturday with Christmas shoppers! Great job👏👏👏

First time at Bill's, had researched before going with my family of four. Short wait as really busy, provided with menus while we waited. Staff really friendly and attentive throughout, definitely not rushed. Food was lovely, not the biggest portions in the world but this wouldn't stop us from returning. Service charge was automatically included which we are seeing more often. Service was great so we would have tipped anyway, it would just have been nice to have been given the choice. We will go again, really appreciated the industrial theme. They accept Blue Light Cards which was a bonus.

Liked it here a lot, we went for a birthday treat for my son after crazy golf at Trafford centre. It was a really nice atmosphere, not too crowded and staff were very lovely, very smiley and welcoming. Sophie in particular was our server and she was really lovely. The food was good, and they did NHS discount with my blue light card app so I was happy about that! Would definitely return. Thanks for an enjoyable lunch out.

I don't normally do reviews but I had to because it was so good. We went into this restaurant on Sunday morning for brunch, there was a long queue that went down really quickly, so don't be put off by that. The staff are amazing, the food is delicious and I can't recommend it enough. I asked our server ( I am sorry I didn't get the young ladies name because she deserves a huge shout out she was fabulous) for a side order of broccoli with my brunch, she explained that this wasn't on the menu at that time of day, which was fine, and I told her not to worry, you don't know unless you ask, however she came back and said that the chef would make it for me. Absolutely amazing, she didn't have to ask but she went the extra mile thank you so much
