Rude manager refused to give me more fire sauce then swore at me when I asked his college, skimpy stale tacos, would not recommend, absolute jobsworth

Been a few times in and each time I enjoyed a lovely meal. The Volcano Burrito is out of this world and there is no comparrison to the one made by any of the other similar locations in Liverpool.The ones in Liverpool (Kirkby -with flegmatic members of staff)were anorexic and dry compared to the ones I ve had the pleasure of eating here. Plus the members of staff in this Manchester location are very polite and customer focused and it is obvious they have group cohesion.Real team work!! Carmen has prepared some lovely burrito's for us, she was outstanding and very polite. The food was simply put amazing!Well worth the money!!Taco Bell is indeed fortunate to have such members of staff!!

Very friendly staff and a big menu with a variety of sizes of meals. As a fast food restaurant, it won't be the highest quality food, but it seems the tacos and main food items are made to order, but churros are a little dry and chewy and possibly not fresh. They currently have a new opening deal for £2.99 for a crunchwrap supreme and fries which is good for a cheap snack. Worth trying the fire sauce which is their 'hottest' sauce but isn't actually too hot, but makes their food much more tasty and gives them a little kick.

Taco bell is the best fast food on the planet. McDonald's only has the big Mac, burger king only has the whopper, 5 guys has nothing but a hefty bill. Taco bell has a phenomenal menu full of delight and wonder. I eat the dinner my partner cooks every night wishing it was taco bell. Her cooking is garbage, give me taco bell

This was a great restaurant to get a takeaway from, with the options clearly presented on electronic boards! The service was fast and I enjoyed a Chicken Quesadilla, accompanied by seasoned fries and Tango. The staff were friendly and the drinks machine is a good addition, although Pepsi was off the options.

Awesome food, but tragic service at this branch. There's always something going on. Either the system is down, or just casually not opening for an hour. I love taco bell, but it's not very accessible here. There should be another branch in Manchester.

It usually bangs heavy but today the service and the food it was just poor I would like to say the girl who served me was wonderful but the ugly hunchback guy who I asked for extra sauces said I have to pay 55p for a sachet of sauce which I have never been asked to pay before I then asked to change the mayo and hot sauces my girlfriend had for mild as she only likes that one and he said no I still have to pay absolutely shocking from a place I love going to and always go to whenever I’m in town and to get onto the actual food it was just awful I ordered a crispy chicken burrito with just lettuce and it came with basically a full lettuce and a single piece of chicken and it was so poorly wrapped it fell apart all in my hand and my girlfriends taco supreme meal was just bland and full of lettuce and cheese and had the same issue as me it just fell apart in her hand it is sad to say but the highlight of the meal was the tiny portion of chips which the had put less in than any of the other times I have attended

One of my favorite places to go for food in town! Food is amazing and never disappoints. My go to order is crunchy beef tacos and the fries bell grande - cheese sauce from Taco Bell is amazing must try if you go for sure! Never had a problem with the quality of food here, I’m always left full with leftover food. 5/5!

Me & my partner had our first Taco bell couple days ago. We had a chalupa box, which including a chalupa supreme, a crunchy taco, cinnamon twists, fries and a drink. We felt pretty full after this meal. Chalupa supreme was my favourite (as pic). Love the texture, and you can ask sauce if you need it. Cinemon twists were alright, it felt like some kind of crunch snack full of cinemon & sugar powder on it. Taco was good, not too low quality, just very basic kind of usual taco. Overall it wasn't a bad meal, we would love to try other items from Taco bell next time. The only thing I want to complain is, the beverage area was wet and uncleaned.. I guess since they let costumers fill their drink themselves, some customers really dunno how to fill their drinks properly 🤦‍♂️ And the staffs were obvious too busy to look after the beverage area.

An all time fav from my student days in America. So happy that they have opemed in the UK. The taste is thr same and hooked on crunchy beef tacos. Tried their chicken soft taco box - great value at £5 for 2 tacos, drink, fries and cimmamon twists.

Fast and polite service, food was fresh and reasonably priced. Terrible location though and only suitable for foot traffic. why close the convenient deansgate branch?

I love going to Taco Bell when I go to Manchester because we don’t have it here, and the food never disappoints! I think it’s definitely affordable compared to most fast food restaurants having to increase prices recently, and it’s always great quality. I went at midday in half term so the queue was massive and it did take a while, but it was definitely worth the wait.

I found the food to be mostly bland. There are some items on the menu which are significantly better but unless you are someone that eats lots of fast food I would not recommend this as the likelyhood of you finding the best item on this menu is slim. I do have to say the service and friendliness of staff is impeccable and they are extremely helpful.

I selected a big bell box £6.69 which had a selection of Fajita pork burrito regular fries crunchy beef taco churros and a choice of soft drink. Our other choice was fully loaded fries with shredded chicken onion tomatoes and onion for £4.49 Well I'm not such a fan of Mexican food but it was good to have at least had an opportunity to try a variety from a fast food restaurant. Two bites equals a taco. it is crispy outside and hot inside. Tastes good but it is too small according to me.

The consistency in taste across different locations of this fast food chain is impressive. I know I can always expect the same great flavor.

The value for money at this fast food chain is unbeatable. I always leave with a full stomach and a happy wallet.

Firstly, the cashier was rude and kept huffing when i asked for my order. The volcano burrito was served cold and the sour cream was over powering. Lastly, the7 up drink did not taste like it at all. it tasted like sparkling water

Ordered on uber eats, missing a whole meal, burrito was burnt, looks like half the chicken went on a walk in the taco, not worth the money, food was cold anyway and whatever came just looked like they tried to put as little ingrediants as they could

Taco Bell will always get 5 stars from me as long as they deliver what I order in good time and this is what happened in The Arndale Centre. The servers were really helpful too. Only 'problem' was no ice in the soft drinks machine but to me this isn't a problem as it was signposted and the drinks were chilled anyway.

Third time we have ordered from them - and each time something is missing from the order. Today, they completely forgot our nachos and one of the Crunchwrap. For the other - we asked for extra chicken, which they didn’t give - in fact there was barely any chicken and no nachos in the Crunchwrap either. The previous two orders also had stuff missing - chips or sauces. Absolute joke of a place with no quality control

Food is always fresh, tastey, hot and filling. I wish we had one of these in our area. It's unique and value for money also. The world desperately needs more Mexican restaurants and takeaways for sure in my opinion! Last time went my meal wasn't put together all that well, it was messy... but overall other than that I've never had a good experience there and always massively enjoy the food.

Ordered a meal for 4, but this doesn't come with sauce for churros. Can't buy it seperatly either. Had to buy extra churros just to get sauce. Had the tiniest amount in the tub which just covered the bottom, obviously out of spite? There must be gold in the sauce or they are taking the cost out of their wages. I can't understand why they just refuse to give you any. Also despite 2 people 'checking' the bags, we are missing several items. Won't be returning now , we love the food but the staff just don't care.

My birthday was extra special because I celebrated it in this restaurant. The staff was very accommodating and the food was beyond excellent!! I could not ask for more!! Taco Bel - Thanks a lot!!

I decided to have a taco bell because of the hype surrounding the name. Okay, it was tasty but seriously the wraps are tiny 🤣 mcdondalds wraps are bigger lol but other than that Taco bell is good food and the Fries are hands down THE BEST fast food fries I've ever eaten in my LIFE!!!! Go get a Taco....

I love TacoBell!!! However the arndale taco bell seems to be hit and miss with food temperatures when I’ve previously ordered. The crunch wrap is my go to meal with a lemon freeze. Remember to get the hottest sauce packets and enjoy!

This place is not suitable vegetarian even though they give you options of getting the black bean instead of the beef and the woman on the till is a disregard when another staff told us this she was like I should have asked am sorry but you would think chips are okay! Will never go again! Thank you to the one good staff that told us this.

1st ever time I have had Taco Bell and I was so disappointed. It took ages to get served. I ordered the £12 sharing box, it comes with 2 beef soft tacos, 2 beef sealed wraps, 2 fries, 2 cinnamon puffs and 2 cheese sauce. The main reason for the disappointment was the lack of meat in the tacos and wraps. The fries were very very over seasoned. When I was waiting for my food 2 staff members were doing some paperwork (nothing wrong with that) apart from one man was scratching his lower back, put the paperwork away then without washing his hands just started to cook the food. It was not the best experience and to be fair this has now put me off Taco Bell.

First time having it was great. The flavours are really good. Chips are nicely seasoned making it so much better. Many rumours about it making your stomach feeling weird and a hard time in the restroom but I feel absolutely fine so don't worry.
