Lovely aquarium to pop in and see the fish, sharks, jellyfish and other critters for a while! We stayed for 2 days at the park, so sparing an hour to leisurely wonder around the tanks was a wonderful way to end the trip. The information plaques next to eat different species were very interesting and informative. Not sure I would take the time out if only visiting for one day if you don’t go to Alton Towers regularly.

A great place to pop into when you need to slow the pace of your day down. It's essentially a slimmed down version of a sealife centre. You can see plenty of fish and we even got to feel a star fish. Great for all ages and the added bonus of this being included in your regular theme park ticket.

Small aquarium with a variety of fish to see. They were just feeding some of the fish when we walked around, so there was lots of activity.

Amazing attraction, so many great fish and the atmosphere was great. Wouldn't recommend bringing very small children as the dim lighting could be scary, and due to the one way, no overtaking system in place for covid, once inside you can't easily get them out and would have to wait for everyone in front to leave. I say this as a family behind me had a small child who wanted to leave and the mother was upset that I was actually looking at the fish, rather than just walking quickly out, which is ridiculous. Nonetheless, great show with plenty of information and different tanks. I personally loved the seahorse, as well as the underwater tunnel.

Me and a friend visited here at the end of the day after spending the day on rides. We are both Zoology students and were amazed at how knowledgeable the staff were, they spoke to us in great detail and we really loved our visit! Thanks for ending our day on such a high, we’d love to see axolotl on our next visit

Great facility for children to experience marine life. Excellent idea for touching hermit crabs, starfish and shrimp. Thank you for explaining in detail so our children could understand. Will definitely come again. All staff accommodated us well.

Enjoyable visit, and just enough fish! Once you’ve been here, there’s no need to visit a larger Sea Life facility!

My kids absolutely loved it. Got to touch star fish and see so many different sorts of fish. We went through twice while visiting alton towers. After visiting a larger sealife centre 2 weeks before I can honestly say that I was happy to see how clean it was and how well cared for the tanks were in comparison

What an awesome aquarium, I love that it's something indoors that isn't a ride but is just as fun and interesting. The staff at the touch pools are very informative, I was asking a lot of questions as I was very interested and found the staff were great. I love the photo entrance with the huge tentacles, and it fits in to the pirate theme very well

I've been to Alton Towers a lot but this is the first time I've been in Sharkbait Reef. It's a lot bigger than you think with a lot of great tanks and big fish. There is also a small interaction area where you can touch star fish. Definitely recommend visiting my children enjoyed it.

What a lovely relaxing experience amongst the hustle and bustle of Alton towers. You can even touch starfish or have a shrimp clean your fingernails. You can go in a shark tunnel and see lots of amazing sea creatures. It’s bigger than I thought it was too

My brother had a great time on Sharkbait Reef at Alton Towers today and he loved it and it is the time time he went to Sharkbait Reef in Alton Towers that it is similar to Sealife Manchester that that is his opinion for Sharkbait Reef and he thinks it just like Spongebob where Spongebob lives in a pineapple under the sea this is also his opinion for Sharkbait Reef as well, he had a nice time at Sharkbait Reef at Alton Towers today

Let it be known... Alton Towers isn't just an adrenaline junkies dream, the other stuff you can do here is just as fun. The team up with the Sea Life Centre is a nice touch, the team members were really nice and friendly and really keen to chat about the sea life.

An absolutely fantastic little aquarium! It could be a stabs alone place to visit and it would still be worth it. Amazing to see horseshoe crabs

I love an aquarium, so I'm probably biased, but I thought it was great. Considering it was free and just an extra attraction at the park, there were plenty of fish to look at and the staff were very informative. It's not very big so you can go round quite quickly unless you are like me and spend ages looking at each section.

Something a little bit different in amongst the rides.

Brilliant sealife centre, especially considering it's included in the entrance price. Loads to see and very well maintained! All the fish are well kept and the staff are very knowledgeable. Good education in caring for our sealife!

The fish are Beautiful to watch swimming and i have always been a fan of sea life centres but I'm not happy that someone who works here was running after people with learning disabilities saying " exuse me guys " who hadn't explained things properly after they walked past other people in there and there was loads of people outside not social distancing, it was embarrassing and i had to bite my tongue in there listening to her going on about restrictions when they let thousands of people into Alton towers who don't social distance.
