Disappointed at Costa today, came in with my 10 week old baby in a pram and my dog. I used to come and eat in with my dog while pregnant and no issues but was told today I couldn't sit down, even though I'd just ordered be paid for eat in food and drink, and no outside space for me to go - so had to get a refund as couldn't carry a hot drink, food, dog and baby all at the same time. And was given attitude by the person serving. I felt really put out as a new mum who is only just feeling confident being out and about. Went to Caffe Nero and absolutely fine for us to sit in and they even brought a water bowl for the dog and were super friendly.

Im a regular customer of costa. Had bad experience by the staffs. Today is the 2nd time. I think they need a proper training. 😒

Came in for a morning pick me up, despite understaffing the bloke on the till (didn't catch your name, sorry) made sure to serve every drink to brand standard and provided excellent service despite the neverending morning rush

Meh. Not convinced that it's worth spending more than £2 versus using a pod at home. The coffee wasn't bad but it certainly wasn't great.

The Mango Bubble Frappé is very nice, I had a scone which was a little warm so made it taste nice rather than dry, good portion size for jam and clotted cream. My only gripe was the air conditioning was set to freezing.

A lovely quiet Costa, lovely staff who were only too happy to help and even brought our drinks to the table for us Very happy customer

The Ghost Advertisment placed on the building by the family business is still in place. Worth the visit at the cost of a cup of coffee to see the history.

Lovely frappe but music was too loud Baristas were amazing

The bin design was more complicated than my mothers insides. The ad was on REPEAT!!!

The cinnamon danish was delicious. There were a few people enjoying coffee, but still room for a few more.

In common with other Costa Coffee cafes, the tables are not cleared and when they are, they are not cleaned. Basic hygene demands that they should at least wipe the tables over. The lessons of the pandemic seem a distant memory.

The place of the cafe is great, sitting in it is comfortable and the coffee is one of the best I drank 💖💖

Slooow staff. Downstairs is q crowded. Cappuccino was ok but I had walked out before realising I did not get my paid for bakewell tart

Staff have always been very friendly especially the store manager. But I'm disappointed as the vegan food offering just isn't great. Costa often send out marketing emails with vegan products but this Costa often doesn't stock them. Didn't even have the vegan toastie yesterday 😥

First time visiting Costa Didsbury. What a fantastic staff you have here. I am on a stick and the chap who served me was extremely patient and helpful. My drinks and cakes were carried on a tray for me by another chap to my table, who again was very pleasant and could'nt help enough. Thank you very much for a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately had several bad experiences, once I purchased an ice coffee, it had 1 inch of syrup in the bottom and was undrinkable. I ordered a toastie through the app which they didn't have it in stock when I arrived. Staff were rude, I was told to contact customer services for a refund. 4 days later went back to say no one responded and I just wanted my toastie or my money back. Staff again very rude. No apology offered. Quality has also gone downhill since these new younger staff members have started.
