Decent lounge. Good selection of drinks. Nice coffee machine. Limited selection of food in morning. Screens weren’t working so left a bit early just in case.

Avoid it, not worth to put you in bad mood before jump on plane, been here few times in the past month, receptionist carries very bad attitude, nowadays you don’t see much obviously racism in service sector, they have showed me every time I visit them. You don’t get this treat everywhere around the world, avoid avoid avoid, keep positive and enjoy rest of your holiday.

My first time in the escape lounge and it was a very positive one - nice food, friendly staff and a pleasant environment. Zac (T3) couldn’t do enough for me! Huge thanks to him!! Only thing I would suggest is installing more plugs/ charging points throughout the seating areas.

Improved from the previous location: More light, nicer ambiance. Only got breakfast, but the pastries were delicious. Bacon and sausages did not look that appetising and there were no eggs or beans. Good selection of alcoholic drinks, standard coffee machine. It's not a big lounge, was surprised to get in on priority pass.

Absolute shambles. Rude staff and very dated interior. If you are lucky and get a decent comfy chair it’s probably not a bad place. If like me you arrive 20 mins early ,you get offered something that looks like it belongs in a skip and then when you eventually get them to give you your proper seat for 3 people you get a bad seat for 2. Yes I agree 3 people could sit there it is possible as it was pointed out to me but would you pay the guts of £100 for the privilege of sitting there??

What a fantastic way to start our family holiday. The lounge was clean, the food was excellent and the staff were fantastic. Travelling with two young children can be stressful but we felt relaxed from the minute we got in there. We’ll def book again next time we go on our travels.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. Polite, professional and friendly. From checking in until leaving everyone was fabulous. And lovely Christine behind the bar, was efficient and so friendly. I didn’t manage to get the names of the two gents who checked us in but they were fabulous as well. Saturday 25th June, we checked in around 3pm.

Absolutely fantastic from the moment we walked in! Christine behind the bar was an absolute star she gave us advice on how to avoid the chaos of the airport and made us feel very relaxed! She did everything she could to make us feel comfortable & relaxed! Thankyou very much, would highly recommend! X

Nice lounge, prosecco on draft with fresh produce and a nice selection of food. A bit of toast wouldn't go a miss but the cooked breakfast was plentiful and seemed decent stuff. Not a Richmond sausage in sight 😀😀😀 OK I wouldn't say it was the best lounge in the world and does get full but it's a good clean place. The waiting staff are happy, keen to engage and help.

Afternoon buffet style food was pretty decent. It's not gourmet but it was good. The chicken thighs were excellent. Lovely place to sit, quiet, cool, plenty of room. I would very happily come in here every time I travel.

Worst lounge in the UK by far. They operate an illicit policy to deny entry to any regular traveller cardholders but allow stag/hen dos (cash paying). They falsely put 'lounge full' when it's actually empty. They also put fake 'reserved' signs that stay on empty tables all day every day. Such a shameful practice with staff attitude to match. See photos of the 'fully reserved' lounge and that's only where we were sitting. The rest of the lounge was equally empty.

Really enjoyed our experience in the escape lounge. Although it was quite busy, (we arrived around 07:50), it was still super chilled and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the danishes, which (I am told), are made fresh everyday. Would definately book again. With thanks to all of the staff, who were all fab but shout out to Matt who booked us in, he was so helpful and lovely.

First day that the lounge is open and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. A nice ambiance to the place. A much better lounge than the other Escape Lounge as less crowds. Great views. Food and drink really well presented and replenished regularly. Had to book in for our flight much earlier than usual so a lovely environment to relax at the start of our holiday. Thank you very much.

Lounge at terminal 3. It’s a nice size but today when checking in, it said it was full. I saw at least 6 people leave while I was waiting and still needed to put my name on a waiting list. As soon as I left and went downstairs I was called for my reservation. Once inside I saw tables reserved for people who never showed up. My flight was delayed so I watched the reserved tables that remained empty. Could use some more outlets and charging ports.

Everything was good. The escape lounge at terminal 3 in Manchester provides a great experience for travelers. Despite being a bit difficult to find, it offers a comfortable and relaxed ambiance for its guests. The lounge boasts a good variety of food, drinks, and spirits, with a nice breakfast selection that's sure to satisfy your taste buds. Additionally, the availability of quality coffee and other beverages is a definite plus. The buffet offers a range of delicious options, and the lounge staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, the escape lounge at terminal 3 in Manchester airport is a great place to escape the busy airport, relax and enjoy some of the fantastic amenities before your onward journey.

OK I'm biased This trip wasn't paid for by me so I might not be impartial If you want to avoid the crowds and go to loo without losing your seat then pay the money for this service. Not a massive selection of food but enough for a nibble preflight and a reasonably stocked bar. All free. And both hot and soft drinks are free too. You are paying for the "free" bar of course but how much you can consume is probably not the most sensible thing to do I'd say this is ideal for families not that kids can run riot but they can't stray far and there's plenty of air traffic to watch Very nice

Wonderful customer service starting with Josie on reception who was extremely polite and friendly. Set the tone for my solo travel. The cuisine was delicious and there was a great choice of drinks and a variety of seating areas depending on your mood. I’ve been so spoiled, I think it’s going to be a must have for every trip!

I have got an invitation from a friend so I can't say anything about the actual price. It was my first time ever in a lounge. The breakfast was ok but the sandwiches and lunch later on were really good. Drinks are all included. The service was great, bathrooms could be a little cleaner but in general worth a visit. Way more chilled than the public area.

We used the cardholder only lounge at Manchester airport on Sat 13 May 2023. Lovely lounge - quiet and a good selection of food. Over the last year we have struggled to get into the other lounge in terminal 3 as it was full with pre-booked package holidays. Hopefully this lounge will remain open long term as it makes a big difference. Recommend highly.

  • 2/5 Vitor C. 11 months ago on Google
Extremely busy. There is a sign at the entrance with a QR code asking for a virtual queue. But while you’re waiting a lot of people pass you by. Food is ok. Not a lot free space to go. If your access is trough airline status, worth the visit because there aren’t other lounge on this terminal, otherwise don’t bother getting inside

We arrived just after 9 and had breakfast. Our flight was delayed so we managed to take advantage of the full 3 hours and had lunch too. Plenty of drinks options to choose from. My husband has the Manchester pail ale and Heineken silver bottles. Soft drinks on draught to help yourselves as well as selection of teas and coffee and juice.

  • 5/5 Katie S. 4 months ago on Google
Plenty of food options (we had tomato pasta) and a bar, drinks options were good, however every staff member apart from one acted like it was a hassle to ask a question or go to the bar for a drink, it made me feel quite uncomfortable and unwanted especially after paying to be in there. Great views of the runway and lots of seating and space.

We were welcomed in by Stacy who was very friendly and guided us through our first visit. The lounge did become quite busy however the staff managed the influx in visitors and although it was busy it never felt crowded or overwhelmed. There was a nice concise selection of food but let’s face it were here for the bar which was well stocked and tidy. Would recommend.

Nice lounge! First time ever going to one. Quite crowded and busy Nd were were originally placed on a low corner table close to people walking past continuously. As we wanted to eat, we requested to move which they accommodated. Great selection of drinks and service was great. It would be nicer to have had a larger selection of food and sandwiches. Only egg at the time we were there. However they did have gluten free options which suited my friend! Overall good experience

Massive thanks to Jane on the desk for being so hospitable and friendly. Made our morning very happy indeed. Thank you the perfect start to our girls holiday xx

Best experience in the lounge, thanks to Stacey at the entrance. She managed to find my family a table at short notice and it's a comfort when travelling with children when people like Stacey are there to help.

What a poor experience. If you think Escape Lounge, it conjures up a tranquil, beautiful experience to unwind and get you in a positive mindset of your holiday. You think of these out of this world, 5* Asian airport lounges. This isn't it. We are in England... more like an M&S cafe. Poor. Issues in order: ❌ No Aircon ❌ Not adults only, or zoned. Why bring children here? ❌ poor interior and finish ❌ small, squashed in ❌ food and drink is bare minimum ❌ no therapeutic offering ❌ no vape or smoking zone Come on guys, give this a million make over, and WOW your customers. Don't bother, Use the friendly welcoming amenities downstairs 😀

Lovely and quiet. Lady on the desk was very welcoming. Lovely warm food. I would recommend some new seats near the windows or certainly a they need a good clean

Couldn’t fault this lounge One of the best experiences we have had at an airport lounge. Good food, good drinks (MPA) & great service. The staff were amazing in every aspect, diligently working and cleaning every food station coffee machine & tables as people left. Great view of the runway

  • 5/5 Kristel K. 1 year ago on Google
Mark at the reception desk was absolutely wonderful. The lounge was busy at first but he was very helpful and nice and managed to get us in eventually. He was very patient and good-humoured when we couldn’t access our business lounge app at first. Plenty of food and drinks available. Nice and relaxing. Will definitely come back again in the future.

Sitting in the Escape Lounge turns a run of the mill trip at Manchester airport into a far more enjoyable experience. Why sit in a dismal bar where a pint costs you £8 with kids drinking themselves to Oblivion when you can sit in a warm pleasant environment with as many G&T's as you wish whilst overlooking the runway or the plethora of other travellers that don't know if this experience and have to wade through the mundane travel experience at Manchester airport! Admittedly it can be pricey but you can access for up to 3hours before your flight and there are usually numerous offers, I bought my ticket through the AA and got a 20% discount!! I would definitely recommend Escape Lounge for long or short trips when at the airport, well worthwhile and whilst £45/couple all you need to compare it with us to just go to the airport and have a bacon butty and a pint, it will cost you far more than the Lounge!!

Great lounge prior to flight. Early doors 4.15am self help breakfast incl bacon or sausage sandwiches. During the day a light buffet of salad, sandwiches and cold meats. Other menu items can be purchased.

Great place to start your hols. The staff were very friendly and food and drink was excellent. Definitely book again, only reason it's not 5 star is we got the hard seats and if you're there for 2/3hrs it is a little uncomfortable.

  • 5/5 Lisa S. 4 years ago on Google
Lounge is easy to find, staff were welcome and friendly. I went at 6.30 am so they had a self help light breakfast (sausage, bacon, croissant) with juices , tea and coffee. They have free WiFi and I thought it was peaceful. It has all the basic things I need and definitely a good visit before any flight!

A brilliant way to start your holiday off food was very tasty drinks plenty of choice really a bit of luxury at not expensive prices

  • 5/5 Brian C. 4 years ago on Google
Had a great time here at the lounge. It's worth the money just to get the peace and quite and the endless food and drink. Can't wait to get back again.

Nice food as always and plenty of it, different choices. Nice view of planes taking off and landing. Friendly staff. Very busy today

The staff here are absolutely awful, staff were sarcastic and passive aggressive towards us most especially the supervisor and the bar man, of which whom were the worst amongst them. Luckily me and my travel partner were nice but any other person would be horrified by the experience we have been given at this lounge. I’ve been to plenty of airport lounges but was yet to experience one that makes you feel so unwelcome with horrible staff like this one. We will definitely not be returning to this lounge ever again as long as the same staff are here.

One of the two remaining lounges in Terminal 3. British Airway no longer has their own lounge and so whenever you fly with British Airway there is a small area for BA passengers. Not much food options. Although the tomato soup was quite nice. Front desk staff are very friendly.

  • 2/5 David M. 1 year ago on Google
Pretty poor show really.... we were getting an early morning flight and have previously had a good selection of food. However, this time there was no hot food apart from porridge... not much to ask to cook a few sausages or even have a toaster. Better than sitting with the plebs in the bar downstairs though

  • 5/5 Ollie Y. 1 year ago on Google
£24 with Monzo Premium. Great lunch selection of sandwiches. The drinks are perfect if you want to relax before your flight. Good views of landing runway too.

Escape plus lounge. Absolutely perfect. At last a lounge dedicated to those who have the priority pass. Quiet, lots of room for now. Facilities were great and staff were delightful. Since British Airways shut their lounge , which I’m terribly bitter about, it’s been absolute chaos and I’d like to congratulate this one for taking up the slack and providing a great service. Please do more

A great lounge with really decent food and excellent staff! I'm coeliac and Lactose intolerant, but I'm looked after beautifully. A big thanks to Sharon and the team for consistently excellent service.

It was snowing ! There was a 4 hour delay - long queues at security and then there was Sharon to welcome us into the Escape lounge - and this escape is what we needed ( 2 work colleagues and I). Sharon was excellent and a true professional and we totally relaxed 😌 n no time at all! Thank you so much for taking care of us !
